8.5/10This restaurant is a bit hidden in the middle of Brussels Zuid but had friendly staff, prompt service and good menu choice. The portions of beef stew were delicious and a good size. There were families there too and the children seemed very welcome

10/10It's clear that the personell are all working hard to ensure your experience is the best. We had ordered a menu and if any adjustments asked for, it was done swiftly and with no complaints. The food was great. The waiters were running. Nice ambiance. I could recommend it to anyone.

10/10I had a mix grill for one person which turned out to be huge! It was delicious, but too big for me so I could easily share it with my family. They have some good beers as well.

3.5/10In my opinion the food is really not what you expect. If I knew it was greek style, I would never have ordered a steak. The steak was not even good. It was a very bad quality of meat. The service was bad. They never came to check the table. We were sitting a long time with our plates there, as we stop eating already at least 20 minutes. I was waiting for the waiter to order a coffee, but he NEVER came, so I had go go to the bar to order coffee. Also the location of the restaurant is bad. Absolutely not as on the pictures. The location is very dirty and it‘s in my opinion not recommended to walk alone as a girl.

About this restaurant
BAR BQ is located within walking distance of the Midi Station and the Chocolate Museum, and this partly explains the number of visitors passing through its doors. ANOTHER REASON is of course the tenderness of the meat together with the quality of the grilling on a wooden fire. IN BRUSSELS FOR A WEEKEND or a permanent resident, this place is always worth a visit.
