5/10Visiting Paris over the weekend, we went to this restaurant as we wanted to experience top French cuisine. It almost ruined our entire ‘weekend in Paris’ experience. We left utterly disappointed. The fois gras was too sour, the starter lobster was ok, the turbot tasted like cheap school cuisine (nothing) and was chewy in a bad way (dry). The small tomato soup dish (between dishes) was exquisite, so was the strawberry sabayon dessert. If all the food was like these two dishes, we would have left with a smile and we would have returned. The room is amazingly beautiful and deserves a tasteful food experience to it.

9/10Perhaps the most elegant setting for dinner in Paris. Impeccable service, knowledgeable sommelier. We did not have time to have the tasting menu. we found the dishes on the à la carte menu good, but not particularly inventive.
