Fabulous food but I am biased. I lived 8 years in Moscow and sometimes get a terrible craving for the fare on offer there. Seriously! Everything was freshly home made. A wide variety of treats were on hand from epynomous Pirozhki to Cyrniki (curd pancakes) via soupes, Siberian raviolis (sweet and savoury), Golubchiki (stuffed cabage), grechka and what have you. A culinary voyage right across the Stepps of Eurasia.
