10/10This was one of the most creative restaurants I’ve been to in the past year or two. Be prepared for lots of wonderful tastes sensations. Each course is a special treat and is unique for that day.

10/10Single 101 is a hidden gem. It’s a fixed menu, but accomodates vegan, vegetarian and gluten free allergies. The food was exceptional. One of the best meals we’ve had. We would highly recommend it.

10/10Super little restaurant we were lucky to be able to book. It is a bit daunting having no menu but the food was v good. I am a vegetarian but my husband is not and we both really enjoyed the meal

9.5/10We had a really lovely family meal, a combination of 3 and 5 courses. The food was good for vegetarians and meat eaters. The only downside was the very slow service. My parents were very tired and we left extremely late.

9/10You choose the number of courses you want to eat, notify whether you have any strong preferences or allergies, and then leave it to the kitchen. We enjoyed the surprise element and the food itself was well prepared and delicious to eat. It was also reasonably priced.

10/10This was our last night in Amsterdam and we chose Singel 101. The food is unparalleled in all of Amsterdam. Each dish had a combination of ingredients that danced in your mouth. The owner of the restaurant was so kind at the end of the meal, calling us a cab and spending a moment with us despite having a very busy evening. Such a great experience!

About this restaurant
Like music on your tongue Talent in the figure of head chef Orlando David Iradi and his team. The French doors invite you to come in for a modern, fresh, light surpise menu (three to eight courses!). Colours and tasts lie in perfect harmony on your plate. Not that it's possible to recreate it, but there is a cooking book on the way!
