10/10Situated in the lower level of a large Princely mansion, the coveted 16 tufted high chairs around The U shaped bar are the setting for the GASTRONOMIC SYMPHONY. Each diner is a member of the audience. The chef conducts his staff, providing the most glorious presentations and delectable offerings. The maestro discusses the presentations . At the same time the sous chefs are putting the finishing touches on the dishes. The offerings are presented and plated in front of the guest, while watching the various presentations around the bar. The atmosphere is open yet intimate. Each reservation is separate while being part of the total experience. The food! It's a " symphony" Of textures and tastes. The melding of a spice to an herb to a protein. Truly an experience. An OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. Now, one drawback. The building is historic. As a result there is no elevator. If you are handicapped, not able to walk, then unfortunately you will not be able to experience TWO MONKEYS.

10/10Amazing execution chef and sous chefs and extraordinary sommelier who paired wines brilliantly with superb courses. The foie gras dish was unique. Guillaume (exec chef) and Paulo Pires (sommelier) do wonderful work and are gracious hosts. we loved the table that surrounds the kitchen and the chef and sous chefs give excellent explanations of the food. A fine experience. They deserve their Michelin star.

10/10+21what can we say. all was simply the best. fantastic attention to detail. all the flavours were top notch. hats off for everyone chef Vitor Matos, Francisco Quintas, special guest chefs James Kappnett and chef Sandia Chang from 2 star london kitchen table, and Paulo Pires, Vitoria and especially the wine producer from Soalheiro Luis Cordeiro. the entire menu was well paced, everything was simply divine. all is fabulous. 10/10Highly recommend you try this restaurant. I’ve been to many Michelin Star restaurants in various countries and what was most amazing about this restaurant was the intimacy and opportunity to interact directly with the chefs. To discuss the details, ingredients, preparation methods, etc. which is not generally information that a server would have. The quality of food was also amazing!

10/10The restaurant wad excellent! The Ambience, the Service, the Food and the interaction with the chefs were a great experience. The Star is well deserved and should be elevated to a 2 Star place. We will definitely return when visiting Lisbon and will definitely recommend to our friends.

10/10This experience was most excellent in almost every aspect! Small space at a counter with about 16 total seats. It reminded me of a cross between Jose Andres' Las Vegas restaurant, é, and the excellent Sacramento, California Restaurant called, The Kitchen. From the initial greeting at the door, though to the end of the experience, the service was stellar! The food was absolutely beautiful and delicious, and we loved that every dish was composed in front of us. We got to hear about the concept of the dish, the ingredients, and to see the care with which each bite was made. We opted for the Wine pairing which turned out to be an excellent value, even at 100€. The only thing I will say is that it is a little port/fortified wine heavy. The pairing worked in each case, however it ended up being a lot of sugar. Still, I would 100% recommend that you get it. If it sounds like too much, they have an outstanding selection of wines by the glass, and bottle. They are fairly new, at just 6 months, but they should be seeing Michelin Star(s) in the future. Excellent dining in Lisbon! P.S. - I is a little hard to find, so be aware of that when headed there.

10/10Fabulous meal on par with Michelin starred tasting menus we have done. Not a miss among some 13 courses. We went early for a drink on the hotel terrace at sunset. Very worthy of our special occasion visit. Magical experience overall!! Would highly recommend.
