7.5/10Eiffel 20 excels in ambiance and service but has room for improvement in its menu and food quality. It’s a good choice for a pleasant meal with a great view, but I was underwhelmed with the menu choices

10/10This restaurant does everything right . Extraordinary service. Delicious menu items. Outside dining allows a most perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Exception value for the money. Love this dining experience.

8/10We have eaten here before. The presentation of dishes is not as creative as previously. Unfortunately about midway through our dining, the intimate atmosphere was disrupted by the arrival of a very noisy group of 10 people. To their credit the restaurant staff also asked them to quieten down but that peace did not last long. A shame really as it spoiled the experience not only for us but other diners as well. We do like this restaurant and next time we book, we will request our table be as far away as possible from any groups. Eating outside was not an option because it was raining and as well that's where smokers dine.

10/10The staff here really worked as a team and seemed to like each other which made for a great atmosphere. Lots of options for gluten free (I am coeliac) and I was treated as a normal person, rather than a problem,which was great. The food was great. We went for the menu, rather than the carte. I had the ratatouille starter, breast of chicken with tangy sauce and the most wonderful raspberry soufflé.

4.5/10we were early for our reservation & seated promptly. the service was fine but not stellar. The foie gras starter was delicious. The grand marnier souffle at the end was delicious. However the entrees were well below average. gristly disgusting cuts of beef and lamb not prepared well. the flavers were unsophisticated and the vegetables undercooked. Pretty much inedible. How this restaurant earned a michelin acknowledgement is beyond us.

10/10We had a party of ten. Although the restaurant texted us letting us know that party of ten cannot be seated outside, and because we were out of country so turned off our primary phone number and did not receive the text. However, after consulting with the owner at the restaurant when we arrived, they accommodated our request to be able to sit outside (but separated into 3 different tables), which we were able to enjoy the view of the Eiffel tower. The food and service were great!

9.5/10Our party of 6 had a wonderful evening here and had made an online reservation well in advance to ensure we got an outside table with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The food was fabulous and our waiter who moved to France from Bangladesh a couple of years ago was also brilliant, very friendly and engaging. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service was that we had another waiter try to move us on from our table before we were ready to leave and he spilt a glass of water that narrowly missed my brother’s phone and he didn’t apologise or wipe up the spillage… he left it for us to do!

7.5/10A lovely opportunity to eat dinner next to the Eiffel Tower. The food is not out of this world but it is not bad. The service was not great, we had to ask for bread because the waiter forgot. Overall, a good price and experience without feeling like you landed in a tourist trap in Trocadero.

10/10Great food and service! Enjoyed a meal before visiting and climbing the Eiffel Tower. It was really close and we were able to walk to the tower in a short time. When we stepped out of the restaurant we could see it! We will be back!

5.5/10The 11 year old red wine had a great deal of tannin. The fois gras was just ok. The lamb was excellent. It was cooked properly and the vegetables were imaginative and colorful. These were presented beautifully. The raspberry soufflé was inedible. It was heavy and lacked the characteristics of a good soufflé.

10/10The entire team at 20 Eiffel is passionate about providing world class service and the most amazing French cuisine you could ask for. Dishes were artfully crafted, wine heavily poured, never rushed to leave, and treated like kings and queens. I travel for work and scheduled a 20-person dinner for my customers, then returned with my two sons for a family dinner 3 weeks later. Both times the food and service was incredible. They even stayed open late for us so we could see the Eiffel Tower. Merci à Mustafa, Kalem, and the talented Chef who made us feel like family. This was a very special, memorable dining experience for both my clients and my family. Go here. Reserve on The Fork app. No better place to experience Paris than at 20 Eiffel!!!!!

4.5/10The waiter rushed us to leave around 10 pm outdoor seating. At least came to ask if we finished our meal and drinks 3 times, I don’t know what kind of Michelin star restaurant is this. Cork has broken inside, the broken piece left in the bottle and pour into 2 classes, once letting them know about it, the waiter took the 2 existing wine glasses back and came out with new glasses and pour us drink from an open bottle!!! Is it because we don’t speak French so you guys are being dishonest and disrespectful? The service is horrible, and so is the wine. The food is average to almost boring. If it’s not because of the location in front of Eiffel Tower, I don’t know what’s worth of this restaurant. Horrific experience.

7/10I had no doubt the food could have been good, but what was more disappointing to us was that being valentines night, they had a set menu & there was no way around that. We had kids with us as we always celebrate with our kids and they had to be forced to eat what was served and it was more of adult food not child friendly at all. They should have had a few selections on the day that would have favoured customers as when I booked this was not highlighted that they had a set menu for valentines. Our son has a nut allergy and their pear dessert was marinated in nuts very disappointing as like I said there was no other option so alot of our food was sent back untouched or quarter eaten.

10/10The waiter was friendly and helpful. We had the mussels, snails, beef, venison, chocolate suffle and mont blanc. It was all fabulous. The best meal we had in the 3 weeks i France. It was too cold to sit outside for the magnificent vidw of the Eiffel Tower.

10/10It was a great memory of my first Christmas Eve in Paris. I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the employees. The serve speed was appropriate and we had a great time. The taste of the main meal was also great. We had reserved a course for Christmas dinner, and each dish was sophisticated and delicious. It is recommended.
