10/10We dined at 22 Cucina Isolana and were immediately welcomed into a warm, vibrant atmosphere. From the first moment, the staff engaged us with friendliness and genuine interest, small talk, seating us close to the kitchen, making the evening feel personal. The open kitchen was a standout element: watching the chefs at work framed the experience with authenticity and transparency, reminding you that this is not just dining, but a living process. The food itself confirmed the promise. Each dish was inventive yet grounded, with flavors that harmonized rather than competed. There was clear intent behind every combination and seasoning, no overreaching, just balanced execution. In short: 22 Cucina Isolana delivered on both style and substance. It’s the kind of place where you not only enjoy what’s on the plate, but also feel part of the craft behind it.

2/10Food was mediocre and cold. Service was bad. Hostess was rude. They messed up the bill and then snuck some sketchy service charges on it. We left before eating dessert and finished up elsewhere. Save your money.

+2The food was excellent, truly delicious. However, the outdoor seating felt cramped, not because of a lack of space, but because the tables were placed too close together. The service was slow and inattentive — we had to wait about 20 minutes before placing our order. The women’s restroom was closed, so we had to use the men’s restroom (it was clean, but the door wouldn’t close properly). Despite these points, we would definitely come back for the outstanding quality of the food.

Fantastic! The set menu is a value for money. I had the Angus, which was maybe the best dish I ever had. the only knock are the desserts, which are fine, but unimaginative compared to the rest of the menu.

10/10The service and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was good. It’s very much a foodie restaurant and the taste were a little exotic for my daughters and I. But I would highly recommend anyone dining here definitely five stars.

Lovely patio spot, the staff were extremely friendly and made up feel very welcome. Some of them were even singing inside the restaurant. The food was amazing, we enjoyed each dish.

This is a stylish modern space with warm service and great food. We went for the 3 course €60 menu ( you can just choose from the main menu), everything including amuse boucle and pre-dessert was inventive and delicious. We're not wild about the 'log in to WiFi scan QR code ' for the menu but fortunately they actually take your orders and you pay in person, not all done online. What's wrong with proper menus?! A great experience nevertheless.

4/10Worst food we have had in Cefalù. Veal was awful and couldn’t even eat it. Reviews were excellent so we tried it and were so disappointed and was very pricy. Wine was average and every wine we have had in Sicily has been excellent!

10/10This is a really high class restaurant. The food is fabulous and inventive and the service engaging and....fun! I spoke with the chef afterwards and he's massively committed and enthusiastic. One starter didn't quite sit with me. A raw fish dish that I was expecting to taste salty had a tang of vanilla..... But that's personal taste. Truly memorable and maybe, just maybe the best restaurant ever....

8.5/10Entrees were first class We had the pork belly and the amberjack. Had the beef cheeks for main and the pasta was excellent but the beef cheeks themselves a little underwhelming. Interesting concept with no wine list. First glass of red excellent but the second one which I had with the beef very average. Tasted like it and been in an opened bottle for a few days.
