We looked forward to the welcome offering of a Thsnkshiving dinner menu. It was fine food but more evocative of the traditional meal than a full recreation of it. On the positive side, we felt "light" after the meal, no problem sleeping tonight 😉

Part of the beau rivage group, where at the beau rivage parking is complementary; not at this sister establishment First time ive seen a bloody mary ordered as an aperitif served with the main course; too long

The food was great (meat but also seafood). The service was a bit slow (it was busy though). The wine list is OK although prices are a bit outrageous in my opinion

It is very nice restaurant and specical atmosphere. I strongly recommend this place in Lausanne. Of course, price is quite expensive, but it is worth.

Reception was really warm, welcoming and hospitable and the food was beautifully presented, delicious and made of high quality ingredients. We really enjoyed.

We had a great lunch on the terrace with the Indian summer sun warming us. Excellent food and very friendly service. I seriously recommend this place.

Very nice restaurant by the Lake with an amazing view and great food. Very friendly and effective staff. We had a very nice appetizer, lovely meat cooked to our liking and a nice dessert to off everything off. I have special food needs which they accomodated. Thanks a lot

Nice setting, especially when the terrace is available. Quality of food is good, presentation could be somewhat better. Service was not attentive (as we had to call them several times for more drinks etc.) but friendliness was no issue.

Very good food and service, but on the expensive side so good for a splurge or to treat yourself. They have a nice terrace so it's a good summer option.

The winter garden like terrace offers a private space close to the waterfront with a beautiful view of the lake. All this might distract from the friendly but respectful service and delicious food. Steakhouse style but sophisticated and plain good! On the pricey side but worth it. Have yourselves a grand time in Ouchy (Lausanne's historic port neighborhood).

The restaurant is located at a perfect spot right at the lake side in Ouchy. The service was friendly and efficient. The starters were excellent, however, I would have expected more from the Tomahawk Cote de boeuf. Not as juicy and tasty as I would have hoped. A little off when looking at price/quality ratio.

Taste and quality is less than average. The Resturant is over rated. Over priced. The location and atmosphere is very good. Service is good, and the staff is friendly.

ordered quinoa salad w scampi but asked NOT to have the scampi (vegetarian). Still got charged full price. Disappointing!

This was a once in a lifetime trip with my adult daughter. I was excited to dine at the restaurant and booked a week in advance. On arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed for remodeling. The staff had set up a "cafe" style dining area in the lobby, that ended up working OK but was not what was expected. I think "The Fork" was not as transparent about this situation as it could have been. Please post temporary closures clearly on the website when booking. Thanks.

Unlucky evening. A large table of chinese guest very loud and drunk. Waiter were very apologetic with us but did nothing to impose some decor.

Excellent cuisine. The Christmas menu was exquise with a good equilibrium between dishes and very creative dessert. The staff was quick, courteous and professional.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good service. Both of my girlfriend and me did enjoy the dinner. Overall is fantastic.

The shrimp salad and deserts were very poor and underwhelming. By complete contrast the foie gras, fillets de perche and octopus entree was very good. Albeit friendly and curtious, the service was a bit slow and inattentive, especially serving the bottled wine.

We were a party of six. One person ordered the menu, the five others ordered "à la carte". The pike quenelles were chewy and tasteless. The perch fillets were tough as old boots, and drowned in lemon which killed the taste of the fish. The French fries were soft and cold. The duck foie gras, the local organic egg , the fera and the beef tartare were good, as were the desserts. We had appreciated the excellent food in previous visit and hope this was an accident.

Really nice and romantic restaurant just in front of the lake Leman! Everything was just perfect! the quality of the food/wine and the environment was exceptional! The price (we paid approximately 85 CHF each) is of course higher than other restaurants but reflects the quality! It's the perfect place for a special occasion! Highly recommended!

Our first visit since it reopened. Why did it take so long for us to come back? It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return.
