Modern restaurant in a wonderful location at the top of the hill. Service was enthusiastic, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was innovative and well executed, even more classic dishes like the slow cooked guinea fowl. The extra large menu really is extra large! The frito misto from the a la carte menu (we didn’t try it) is huge, too. The only downside is that the room stores the summer heat and the aircon can’t compete. Wines could also be cheaper. For all of us, Grillo beats Equilibrio hands down in almost all aspects.

we really enjoyed our food, which was tasty, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice, but it could do with some dimmer lights, as it currently feels very bright and a bit cold. Overall a very nice experience.

5th or 6th time at the restaurant I think, we lost count. Find it amazing restaurant with good food and wine.

A very pleasant find and a beautiful setting in old-town Imperia. A great food selection with items that are hard to find in this part of Liguria. Excellent preparation and taste, beautiful presentation combined with excellent service. A great value for the high quality!

The front of the restaurant is being restored o there are a few scaffolding but it was largely made up by the kindness and the great service from the staff. The 4 course menu was €42 and was really tasty, fresh and well presented. The outdoor area is nicely set up in a pedestrian street with a view on the rooftops and nice trees and you can hear the church's bell every now and then. If it weren't for the location of the restaurant, we wouldn't have discovered this quaint and charming heart of town.

A very welcoming and lovely restaurant. Excellent dishes to try. It has been a pleasure to discover particular flavours. For those people who loves taking with themselves their pets: dogs are allowed. Strongly suggested.
