Food was average, one of the lamb dishes strangely tasted like soap for both of us. The sommelier was very sassy. We had the Easter set lunch with wine pairing. The restaurant had nice decor.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, the concierge and waiters were exceptionally kind, the wine recommendation was spot on, and the food was excellent. The location is lovely as well. I visit Colmar quite often and only regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner.

Colmar's Christmas Market was crowded and lively. But inside the hotel and restaurant, it was relaxed with a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a special Christmas lunch. The four course meal was just about right with a nice variation with delicately prepared sauces. The dessert was superb. Staff service was attentive, polite but friendly. A bit pricy but well worth it.

Great location and pleasant ambience in blue dining room. Amuse bouche prepared to far in advance so a little soggy but starter and mains well executed traditional dishes. Decent wine list of local wines. Enjoyable mid week meal.

The food and ambience were both memorably good. The number of different servers was a bit puzzling and one was fairly abrupt. All in all, I would reommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is quite formal and although I can do formal, it's not really my "cup of tea". The food was OK and the service a bit slow and not particularly attentive. We did feel a bit ignored in favour of other guests (locals, hotel residents?) Not a restaurant I will be rushing back to.

Service was not good. Not attentive. Took a long time for food, even for France. Food was just ok.

We ordered mains of fish and duck. The fish was not fresh .. there was a smell and it tasted bad! The duck was chewy and tough. Don’t bother to go here.

One of the best meals I've ever had with amazing customer service, added up to one great evening! Would never hesitate to stay, or eat here! What a wonderful hotel and restaurant!

unfortunately my wife is allergic to garlic there was no course in the second courses that didn't have garlic

Typical high French cuisine presented well and tasty. Some of staff acted a bit haughty but generally professional. Lovely setting amidst the crowded streets of Colmar.

Very very good! Foie gras, scallops, lamb - everything had a twist in a good way. Especially the sauce and the side dish of the lamb were delicious.

Beautiful restaurant unless you get a table next to the toilet, where we were seated. The menu of the day was a decent choice. You should be prepared to spend nearly 3 hours for a 3 course lunch.

Nice restaurant but I was expecting more from the service and the food. Some plates were good, others like the venison, cooked well but lacking in imagination and balance.

We had read a positive review in the Michelin guide and were curious to try the restaurant. Unfortunately we found it lacked flavor and was disappointing. The salad was foamy with sliced carrrots, radish and cucumber that were nothing special and not very flavorful. The ceviche was a mix of flavors and textures that made no sense. We each had a fish: the cod was flavorless and the monk fish more interesting but again not very special. For desert we had an apricot dish that was absolutely undercooked: the fruit was tough when it should have melted, and the ice cream not cold enough. Every dish a disappointment. I have never given such a negative review but I cannot say one good thing about what we ate.

The restaurant is located in little venice by the river. We sat by the window and had an excellent view. The interieur is beautiful. We had the easter menu and it was really good. Also the wines were well selected. The only minus was the waiting time between the courses.

Very nice meal in pleasant , calm and quaint surroundings in the heart of Colmar . We had the set menu for Easter (warned by email befor what to expect:-) and the chef was able to change the lamb for chicken for my daughter who doesn’t eat lamb.

Lovely ambiance and decor, was seated by the window overlooking the water. Great service, polite, spoke english. Food was excellent and great value for price and we enjoyed the wine recommendation. Would return!

Very nice French restaurant, a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is fantastic, so is the service. Vegetarian options. The chef accomodate it to become vegan
