10/10This restaurant is within the Mercure Hotel in Maintenon. It is unusual in that it is mainly focused around cheese dishes although there are alternatives. The piece de resistance however is its Cheese Dome with a selection of over 100 cheeses and a selection instead of a desert for me was an absolute must to complete my meal.
