Bonjour Jérome, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience, même si nous regrettons sincèrement qu'elle n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. La soirée de la Saint-Valentin est un moment fort de l'année où notre établissement affiche complet. Malgré toute la bonne volonté de notre équipe pour satisfaire chacun de nos clients, l'affluence exceptionnelle a malheureusement engendré un niveau sonore plus élevé et un temps d'attente plus long qu'à l'accoutumée. Nous en sommes navrés. Concernant la qualité de nos plats, vos remarques ont été transmises en cuisine car nous avons à cœur d'offrir une expérience constante, même lors de fortes activités. Tourist trap: We booked here because The Fork offered 50% off. After we arrived and sat, then they said: sorry they couldn't apply the discount just because In addition, the power went off 3 times while waiting for the food and eating

Nous tenons à apporter quelques précisions sur le déroulement de votre venue. Vous aviez initialement réservé via The Fork pour 4 personnes (condition sine qua non pour bénéficier de la remise de 50%). À votre arrivée, vous étiez 7 personnes. Pour vous permettre de dîner tous ensemble et ne pas vous séparer, nous avons exceptionnellement ouvert et préparé une salle supplémentaire pour vous accueillir confortablement. Comme nous vous l'avons expliqué à ce moment-là, la modification du nombre de convives et le changement de salle rendaient la promotion initiale caduque. Concernant la qualité des plats et du service, nous sommes étonnés par vos notes de 2/10. Lors de notre échange en fin de repas, vous nous aviez pourtant confirmé avoir très bien mangé et passé un bon moment. I have had Corsican food before in Paris, have always loved it. I think L’Heure du Vin is not bad at all , but could have been better for certain. The menu is a bit restricted, especially for guests with some dietary restrictions . The service is wonderful. Absolutely delighted with that . They also refused to serve me duck because they felt that the quality may not have been as good as they wanted it to be. So would not discourage people except the present rating seems a bit too high . I do not read French . But in any case the restaurant would do well to improve its signage. I stood in front of the restaurant and walked around it too trying to locate it.

Great ambience, service is good and owner is really nice. Food was great and is a good place to try Corsican food, with good selection of wine & beer. Highly recommend.
