9.5/10Another great meal at A Taska. The honey and goats cheese and prawn starters really good and the signature A Taska burger excellent. Who doesn't love chocolate mousse to finish and all accompanied by a lovely local white wine.

10/10Fantastic food & service. Everything cooked to perfection. Great prices for food and drink. Visited last year as well and can't recommend Atask enough. Well worth a visit but make sure you book as it does get booked up.

10/10Charming, small restaurant with amazing food. My husband had the steak with pepper sauce (similar to a steak au poivre)I had the duck magret , which was fabulous. Service was very attentive, and the server recommended a great bottle of wine.

9/10Inside tables are more than fine, outside tables are between two streets. It’s OK, but no “private” terrace. Food is of good quality at a very fair price! We came back after having a similar experience last year and will come back again!

8/10The starter with goat cheese was done very tasty . We had burgers , must say it was the best I had in Olhiao, had more or less given up on burgers here, so great . Had a good cheesecake for dessert .

9.5/10Tried this hidden gem last night with my wife and teenage daughter. They had various tapas plates...Asian chicken, fried shrimp, warm goat cheese, etc. and loved it all. I had the steak in a Dijon cream sauce...very yummy and a nice cut of meat. Desert was creme Brule and a slice of authentic cheesecake...both spot on. Service was on par for a smaller restaurant staffed by one server and one cook...acceptable. Very affordable with quality food preparation. Will be back.

10/10Really lovely little restaurant just 5 min walk from waterfront. Beautiful burgers including veggie and chicken options . My wife had cheeseburger with 2 cheeses of your choice she had blue cheese & brie and said it was best burger she ever had!! Great service aswell makes it a top spot for our family

7/10This is a nice little restaurant. You eat essentially on the pavement which lacks character, but the menu is good. Limited, but what what they do- they do well. We had some prawns as a starter and steaks for a main course. All we really good. The service is patchy. Often none of the waiting staff are available and it is a bit frustrating. They only take cash also which meant that about half the customers needed to go to an ATM. It also felt like this. was a bit dodgy. Nevertheless, this is the second time we have eaten there, and it is improving which is nice to see.

10/10Very pleased, a great find. We had Tapas and it was all excellent and nicely presented. Our young waiter spoke great English and was very helpful and polite. Also great value including a nice house red.

9/10We had the most delicious food and wonderful taken cared of. And even when I made the reservation on the wrong day we got the fork discount. But last I have to give my compliment to the chef. Our steaks was super tasty and the rest f the meny looks realy interesting. Portuguess local food at its best. We will be back!

5/10Pretty average food - nothing special. Service was pleasant and reasonably quick. Surprised to find it was cash only - don’t recall seeing that on the website - so had to go in search of a cash machine.
