10/10Excellent food and service! One of the best Italian restaurants in Amsterdam and maybe in the Netherlands I love going back there. Their pasta is simply delicious and their tiramisu to die for! Bravo, bravissimo to the chef and wonderful staff!

10/10Amazing - the food was the most delicious Italian food I have eaten for years. I am gluten free and it’s sometimes tricky to get interesting Italian food when the pasta is not an option. Their Tuna Carpaccio and the Veal rolls were both sublime. Lovely people - would definitely return next time we are in Amsterdam.

8/10There is an antipasto that offers a whole selection of different things (hot & cold) which is a great concept. I have had this in the past at A Tavola and it seemed more delicious then. But was still good (but not exceptional)

5/10For what it is rated, it is under delivering…nothing special about the food. The wine list is massively overpriced (Brunello for €95!! Same wine you can buy for €40.- at the local WineShop) All in all - disappointing

10/10Lucky enough to get a table last minute. The food was beautiful and tasted fresh and true Italian cooking. Staff were friendly and attentive. We will be back next trip to Amsterdam

10/10We went here on a rainy night and immediately enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. They brought us a basket of focaccia bread, which was really good. I went with the chef recommended pasta and it was amazing. My husband had the linguine with clam sauce and not only was it delicious, but had lots of seafood in it. Finished off with tiramasu. The service was attentive, not overbearing. Very nice evening!

8.5/10A hidden gem in Amsterdam, one of the best pizza we had outside of Italy. But also our pasta was just perfect. With a very short menu it shows the chef is focussed on his specialities, you will not be disappointed. Also the location is just amazing, especially when you can sit on the outside terras.

4/10Couldn't finish my main. The deal looks good but the food doesn't really match up, there are better Italian restaurants in Amsterdam, scuzi.

How sad to hear that the stay at A Tavola was not satisfactory. I am genuinely shocked by this. I have gone through this with my colleagues to make sure that this problem will never happen again. I apologize.

8.5/10I've been to A Tavola with my husband for his birthday and it was a good choice! Food was lovely and the service as well. We took the 4 courses menu with wine selection and I have to say that the portions were really generous (you don't expect that when you choose for a menu with fixed price. The only thing I could say is that the dessert was too cold.

8/10Nice, friendly restaurant, and they catered for the children well (but we had to ask). They were quite flustered on the evening we were there, as they were full. Good food, excellent tiramisu, but compared to other places a bit overpriced.
