My experience was regular/good. The timing to get the food was really slow and the quality of food was normal. One thing i like it was the different kinds of dishes to choose and the wines they have.

We were happy to celebrate our wedding anniversary at A Vánvera. The food was all excellent from a starters of pasta and tomato, main courses of scaloppine and lasagna and two great desserts. Nice Italian wine and excellent friendly service, also a very pleasant environment.

The food was excellent but we got a 1,50€ per person service charge on a 92€ bill for 4 people. It’s a shame that to simply be present at the restaurant we had to pay a fee. Seems rather odd. The service was called “cubiertos.” (Silverware) I would recommend to remove this service as it ruined the experience at the end of an amazing meal.

Great place for a change of pace meal while in Madrid. Menu is small enough to convince you that meals are freshly prepared but large enough to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this restaurant for your pasta fix when in Madrid.
