The overall concept is fine, the atmosphere very nice, open kitchen so you can see “ how is made”…. The interior is minimalist and well designed. The food… mhhh this is something which really needs improvment. I understand the tasting concept… but to be charged 18 eur for a tiny piece of bread with regular butter and some (hidden) traces of caviar… it is way too much. Basic tiny sandwiches , with mortadela????, for 12 up to 14 or so euro… that’s not concept kitchen, it is waaay below that. I recommend the Numanthia wine. It is a wine from Toro region and if you let it breathe for 10 minute…. Heavens will open for you. The location is new, concept fine but the Chef has to work a little bit more to worth the salary ???????????? Good luck

Nuevo restaurante dentro de una botica Delicatessen. Materia prima excelente y platos con combinaciones interesantes. El servició es muy profesional y agradable. Carta de vinos no muy extenso pero interesante y correcta al nivel de precio. Volveremos pronto!

La verdad es que todo estaba excelente. El único pero sería que la carta de vinos es un tanto justa y el servicio fue un poco lento pero nos gustó mucho y quizás repetiremos.

We really loved this little gem we just discovered. Very high quality gourmet food, perfect mise en place, nice wine selection, lovely staff and cozy ambiance.

Great concept food boutique. With extraordinary service and nice atmosphere. Though the food was good, there was room for improvement. Ultimately I think the food is more attractive than the taste is excellent. Sometimes a simpler preparation is best. Substance before style. And if you can achieve them both simultaneously, then perfection! Also, the staff is very attentive and efficient and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely go back.
