The staff service is extremely unpolite. We had a reservation and we get at the restaurant on time. We asked for our table and they tell us to wait 3 times. I had to look after the manager to find out what was going on. We had our table 22h10. Once at table, the waitress asked again 2 times us to wait for her to come in not good way. The food was regular, not special. The paella tasted a little bit burnt.

La verdad Rodrigo que te preguntamos varias veces si estaba todo bien y dijiste que sí. Muchas veces la gente se demora en entregar la mesa. Tenemos que ir gestionando. Si estás comiendo no te gustaría que te hagan levantar porque hay una reserva. Pensa que tenemos la cocina abierta todo el día. Así que hay gente todo el día. Tuviste una forma de dirigirte a la camarera bastante maleducada. La verdad que personas como vos dejan bastante que desear. Gracias por no venir más.

The paella, octopus and ravioli were very average. The chicken schnitzel was better, but with a completely inedible sauce. The interior has interesting vaulted ceilings. But everything is dusty and gives the impression of an abandoned house.

We really liked the paella de mariscos and also the ribeye steak was tender and good. The restaurant is neat, not really elegant but all in all with a formal but pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend it.

We had argentinian beef tenderloin with sides Pros Meats were tasty and cooking stage right what we wanted Dining room has a lot of potential and beautiful decor. Space is very nice with vaulted ceiling Cons These things affected our ambience. - entrance of restaurant. When you get in you find yourself in a space with oldish bar, fridges etc. - big tv-sceen on the wall showing football match - music playlist ( dance, pop) from eighties which was totally in contradiction with the idea of dining restaurant at this price level - sides. Appearance was just below standard. Fried vegetables, mashed potatoes and fries. For 35 euros dish you would expect this to look and taste a lot better. - staff wearing a sweatpants (basic Adidas). I don’t think we have ever seen this kind of dressing in a dinner restaurant and we have experienced a lot of those.

Me interesa que lo hayan atendido bien y haya comido bien. Que es lo que dijo. Me pone muy contento. Toda la gente que lo atendió son mis hijos , sobrinos. Y nietos. Al ser una familia no tenemos muchas exigencias en la vestimenta. Le envío un gran abrazo y lo esperamos de vuelta. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

The servers could speak English and very kindly. We could recieve recomendation of the menu so we could eat very delicious food. I am really appreciate to this restaurant because we could be enjoy with honeymoon for for their kindness.

On a vacation with family to Madrid for the first time and the food at Abuella was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious! The Milanese, blood sausage, flank steak, paella... All delicious. And the ambience in the back was perfect. Very beautiful. I highly recommend stopping by.

Excellent food and very nice atmosphere ! We tried several things such as paella, empanadas and huevos rotos and everything was great and deliciously served . Borga, the waiter, was very nice and polite , completing the nice evening . Certainly a place we will come back !
