It was my birthday and I had a wonderful evening... The friendly service, great food, everything was amazing and delicious. It all made me think of Spain and my time there. Feeling very homey ❤️❤️❤️

The food was very tasty and the ambience is very typical Spanish. The service was not so quick but the waiter was there alone, so that’s not a big problem for us, he was very friendly. Good experience

This was quite a contrast after 6 days of “French” dining. The restaurant was extremely busy and very noisy. Noise in a Tapas bar is the norm in Andalusia so this isn’t necessarily bad, but think what you want from your dining experience ! Service was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. Food was not as good as tapas in London (high end) or Andalusia, but it was perfectly acceptable. The 10 dishes we had all arrived within 10 minutes, which was remarkable given there were probably 100 covers ! Wine list was red or white. Don’t know what it was but we drank it !

A young crowd for this tapas restaurant in the Pigalle neighborhood. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing from the menu, but my calamars were on the greasy and heavy side. Pleasant ambiance and decor, courteous service.

The food was very very good, some dishes were even better than in Spain! The service was incredible, very friendly. And the price for what we got was very cheap for Paris. Honestly would definitely recommend and go back!

Loved everything about abuela except for the service. While the staff was very friendly, they took a long time to take our drink order, refill waters and close out our tab. The food was so delicious that we didn’t mind too much. Would definitely go back.

This is a case of the internet failing me. I was looking for a Spanish restaurant on a Saturday night, and this was the only place that showed availability. That should have been my first clue, but the ratings were good both here, on Google, and on TripAdvisor. My second mistake was not checking the map. It is right next to Pigalle, the red-light district of Paris. Not a great neighborhood. But we were there, hungry, and no other options, so we went ahead and ordered, The waiter showed up next to our table REEKING of marijuana, like he had literally just smoked a joint in the back. OK .. maybe the food is still good like the reviews said$2 Nope. Salad just drenched in vinegar, vegetables overcooked and fill of oil with no other flavor .. at least the Jamon Iberico was good (you can't really screw that up) Save yourself the heartache and avoid this place. I don't understand how they can stay in business and they must be paying for these reviews .. I really don't get it.
