Nice location- opens at 13:00. I ordered two plates which delivered quickly enough- a guacamole (at its base) and another plate that reminded me very much of nachos - indeed the chips were prominent and did not appear or taste homemade. Both dishes seemed exceedingly salty - the guacamole was ok... This restaurant has a 9.1 rating - that seems a bit high for what I experienced. Wine was good, but had been in a very cold fridge and was way too cold (better than hot I suppose).

Food is absolutely stunning. A true discovery in Valencia.

The food was amazingly great! The wince suggested was perfect! The environment was super cool with good and nice songs in background.
