The house wine was delicious. The tomatoes for the bruschetta were a bit mushy. The gnocchi Sorrentina was a little overdone and the gnocchi were not melt in your mouth. My husband’s steak although rare was not tender. The homemade potato chips that came with it were delicious. Overall disappointing.

However, we were surprised by some details — we don’t serve bruschetta, Our staff also checked several times during your meal and were told everything was fine, otherwise we would have gladly replaced any dish. perfect service, food and ambience. had to wait five mins extra for white chocolate fondant and got two free glasses of wine for the wait.

Food and service was excellent. The fresh tuna entrée especially was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much. We made another reservation for later in our trip here.

It was such terrible service. We were so excited to try their menu but the service was so terrible it took over 90 minutes to get our food. The pasta arrived cold. The appetizers were good. The wine was never poured in our cups. The water wasn’t refilled. Very disappointing

The 90-minute wait included the time spent enjoying appetizers, which you mentioned were good. — we clearly didn’t manage to make your evening as special as we hoped We know we can’t please everyone every time, but we do care deeply about every guest’s experience. We’re disappointed too — because we didn’t manage to show you what we’re really about.

A chef should taste the food before serving- pretty tasteless.
AccèntoWe always welcome constructive feedback, but we would like to clarify that every dish leaving our kitchen is the result of careful ingredient selection and close attention by both the chef and the team. The truffle used was fresh and seasonal, selected daily with care. Its aroma and flavor naturally vary depending on the time of year — as is expected with an authentic, unprocessed product. We’re sorry you didn’t appreciate this approach, but we take pride in offering cuisine that respects seasonality, quality, and the integrity of each ingredient. Taste is subjective, but when it comes to professionalism and authenticity, we have no doubts.

The service was excellent as Marcelo and Francesca are both fantastic. The food was equally as good, especially the polpo appetizer, but the the Sponzia di Limon lemon cake with cream was absolutely ridiculous!

My wife and I really enjoyed Accento. This restaurant has a modern twist on local Sorrentine food. For starters my wife had beef tartare. It very tasty and well presented,but she did not care for a few large pieces of pepper in it. I had the scallops. They were cooked perfectly but the sauce was lacking flavor. The entree’s my with had L’Astice which is a half lobster with pasta. She said it was the best lobster she ever had but the pasta was lacking sauce. I had the Amberjack and a side of broccoli rabe. The fish was cooked very well but needed some more flavor in the sauce. The wine we had was Taurasi docg. Best local wine I had on our trip. We opted to go somewhere else for dessert. Just to try different places. Overall the place was a nice comfortable setting with very good service and the food was all fresh and presented well, just needed a little bit more flavor. I would recommend this place if you want something a little different in Sorrento.

Excellent food in this nice restaurant. We stayed 5 nights in Sorrento and we came for dinner twice as we loved it so much! The service is really good too.

Super friendly service and amazing food. The raw seafood was outstanding and the carbonara was the Best ever. Even my wife’s hot white chocolate lava cake was exceptional and I don’t normally have a sweet tooth. The waitress’ wine recommendation was also very good indeed

Cozze alla marinara and the lobster linguine were excellent. Our waitress was also very friendly and had a great way with customers.

My husband and I dined here tonight and we absolutely loved this restaurant! The staff were so lovely, courteous and helpful. The food was beyond delicious! The grilled octopus appetizer and fish entrees we both had were so flavorful and delicious! Great experience. Highly recommend!

Not only the best food in Sorrento, but some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. The lobster linguine 10/10, mussels with pistachio pasta 10/10 and the wine was beautiful

Service was very good. Ambiance was nice. Food was overpriced and average at best. I spent a good half hour reading reviews of restaurants and tried my best to find something authentic and not a tourist trap kind of place and still wound up at one. The reviews of this place saying it was the best place in Sorrento cannot be real. It was below average at best. Everything was bland and the menu is very uninspired. They did bring out a shot of limoncello at the end which was a nice touch but we were very disappointed overall. Especially since we were hoping for a memorable meal for our last night in Sorrento.

The food was excellent - the seafood was beautifully cooked. The service was also 5 star, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Our waiter’s knowledge of wine enhanced our meal beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful evening - I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner at Accento in Sorrento was wonderful! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. We shared four courses including the eggplant Parmesan which was the best I’ve ever eaten. The pasta with clams and pistachio pesto was perfection and the grilled sea bass was fresh and delicious. The friendly service was attentive and helpful, we never felt rushed. Accento was a great way to celebrate our last day on the beautiful Amalfi coast!
