9.5/10Very interesting and unique choices by the chef prepared perfectly. The wine pairing was one of the best I have had to mutually enhance wine and food.

6/10In my view, this was the most overpriced venue we have been to. The “sea spaghettoni” were said to be made of five different sauces combined to one. That, however, let the tomato base of one of the sauces merely dominated the final sauce. Hence, it was spaghetti with tomato sauce. The wine pairing comprised some truly good wines. But two bottles were emptied in our glasses so that a good part of the small portion contained sediments. Though Argon gas can preserve the wine for some time from oxidation, there is a limit and I think one of the wines already lost taste. Also, it isn’t usually a good idea to serve an expensive complex red wine with a spicy dish. On the positive side, the interior was splendid, waiters were nice, friendly and attentive. Our experience wasn’t bad, but simply didn’t match expectations for a restaurant that is highly rated, recommended by michelin and charges prices in the upper range.

10/10This was an exceptional experience. The team that served us was excited about the food they were serving. The price fixed menu that we chose was better than we expected. The team provided some extras during the transitions. The front of the restaurant is a wine shop with a large varietals to choose. It was very fun to go out to the wine shop to select what wines we wanted for the evening by actually looking and comparing. The only thing that was noticed was at the end of the night we were the last in the restaurant and beyond the time they usually close. Note, we were late for our reservation and they did not make anything of it. They treated us as if we were right on time. I can't wait to go there again when next in Rome.

10/10This restaurant is a gem! Impeccable food and service! The food was amazing and I love how each course was a surprise, plus their wine selection was exceptional. We dined at a lot of fine dining restaurants during our time in Italy and this one topped the list! 10/10, we will be back!!

10/10The new chef of the Achilli is an outstanding cook with an excellent view on how to amaze with an experience we may call magical. His level of innovation and astounding performance is beyond everything we ever had the possibility to taste. Flavors are mixed in an unforeseen manner and we liked especially that he dares to establish hot spices in those harmonies. The vine list of course is high high end and pure joy. The service is superb. For me a two star Michelin experience.

10/10I went here with my son. We both enjoyed the dining experience. The staffs were attentive and sweet. They made eyes contact with me effortlessly which tickles my heart. The food was as they said “a representation of the chef”. I have eaten at numerous Michelin three stars establishments and I hope that Achilli will soon get their recognition. Thank you for cooking from the bottom of your heart. I am utmost grateful for a memorable evening. From San Diego CA

7.5/10Very strange position is the restaurant: you have to choose the same menu for everybody, but my wife doesn’t eat meat, I can eat everything with meat as a result nobody were satisfied. But nice vines and champagne- wide choice.

10/10Attentive service, excellent food, intentional pacing of courses, and lovely decor. We chose the five course tasting menu with wine pairings, which we felt was a good decision. Eight courses may have been too much of a good thing. Highly recommended!

9/10We had a wonderful 5-course tasting meal of the chef’s selection. Everything was delicious and unique, expanding our palate. Just be prepared for a long meal; ours was over 3-hours.

10/10Fabulous experience. Really enjoyed the food and there is no better wine list in the city - all the more so when you can browse in the store and pick the wine that you want. The whole team, from the owners through the chef and the waiters through to the sommelier, are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If you haven't been here, you should book a table now. If you've been before, it's time to book again.

9.5/10+3This little restaurant is a gem and must be visited. Back of a wine shop holding a Michelin Star. It’s a truly great experience and the only Michelin eatery in the world where you can drink a wine for the price you’d pay to take it home. Amazingly thought out food too. If you’re in rome, go here!!

10/10Fabulous restaurant at the back of a wine shop! Food was wonderful, stand out courses were risotto with oxtail reduction and chocolate and tangerine deserts ! Wine pairings were great and would thoroughly recommend

10/10The menu was amazing. The chef curated it for us after enquiring about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We chose the 5 course menu and each course was delicious and surprising. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.
