The food and service were amazing…party of six so we shared everything… was our first visit and we will return soon! Special shoutout to the pear and Gorgonzola ravioli! 👍

The food, especially the sourdough Pizza, is amazing. The staff, especially Antonio, are friendly and attentive. You need to book a table as it's always full. When we were there, many people arrived and couldn't get a table, so bought take-away. I can't recommend it highly enough. On the street, it's almost invisible, but find it, trust me, it's worth it 🫡👏👍

Amazing little restaurant in Tavira, unbelievable service and absolutely "to die for" fresh ravioli and carbonara pizza and homemade tiramissu that was a gem to finish of our dinner last night. We berealy ever find a restaurant with trully amazing tiramissu, but tiramissu of Acqua e Sale matched nonna's homemade version of it. We will absolutely be back next time we are in Tavira. Thank you as well for the little gift we received at the end :)

Outstanding! My Parents and I have been loyal patrons since July 2025. Chef Elena and her outstanding staff are truly the best! Pizza is a Must!

We wanted pizza. We were game to try something new, especially since the reviews were so good. We were not disappointed. The moment we stepped in, the heady aromas signaled we were in for good food, the aromas didn't lie. Were looking forward to returning soon.

Our first visit after they reopened from their vacation. We have been looking forward to trying the food and we were not disappointed. Everything we ordered was excellent - my pasta Carbonara Originale was outstanding. The service was friendly and the restaurant is charming. We will definitely be back.

The food and service was excellent! Antonio looked after us brilliantly. Our meal was delicious. Starters and then freshly made ravioli. The place had a good atmosphere. Definitely will return when we are next back in Tavira

Delicious Italian food in Tavira. From hand prepared fresh pasta to brick oven pizza. Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly and service is outstanding. Be sure to make reservations as it generally books up ! A real gem!!! Worth dining there!!!

Best Pizza in Tavira, home made ravioli and nice tiramisu. Very friendly staff. We will come back. You need a reservation if you want to eat there. The place is very popular.

Lovely little Italian in Tavira. Great selection of pizzas and pastas. I ordered a pasta dish which was delicious and served quickly. The only thing that slightly let the visit down was that I was not offered a dessert menu/coffee at the end of the main course.

This establishment is truly the best at it's craft of fine Italian Cuisine. This is my parents and I 7th visit to this outstanding establishment on 05/09/2025 for dinner. We are always warmly welcomed by Chef Elena and Culinary Team of truly the Best Italian Cuisine in Tavira. Antonio the host & server is remarkable at what he does. Now to the food, we started off with cocktails & starters, my father had the melon & prosciutto which he absolutely enjoyed, my mother had the Mediterraneana insalada, she absolutely enjoyed, I had the garlic bread with extra garlic, wonderful! The three of us opted for the Spaghetti Puttanasca, let me tell you it's truly the best, beautiful flavors that wow the palate. We ended with dessert, parents had the mango cheesecake & I had the Pistachio Tiramisu with tart cherry, it was life changing! As a Culinarian/Foodie I Highly Recommend Acqua E Sale! Tell them Charlie sent ya!

Busy but still great service & friendly staff. The ravioli with gorgonzola & pear was out of this world. Will definitely return - book ahead if possible, the restaurant was busy & had a queue outside.

Don’t hesitate – this place is a must! A hidden gem in Tavira! A fantastic Italian restaurant with a top chef who clearly knows what she’s doing. The pizza is excellent, and the freshly made pasta is absolutely delicious. Tip: try the puttanesca – pure in flavor, no parmesan, just as it should be. The pasta with Sicilian pesto is also divine! The service is friendly, fast, and very attentive. They serve a fine selection of wines, all at the perfect temperature. Don’t be fooled by the slightly dated exterior – behind that modest façade lies a truly wonderful culinary experience. Thank you for the amazing food 🍝🍷

The food was great. One of the best spaghetti Carbonara we've ever had. The pizzas look good too.

This was our second visit to Tavira on our first visit we could not get a table, so we booked early for our second visit. We were not disappointed the food was excellent. The starter we shared was a selection of meats and cheese was sheer quality and ravioli we both had was the best. Going back next week before we go home.

Excellent pizza and friendly service. It's a small establishment but the ambience is fine. We visited three times during our stay in Tavira and found the quality of the food to be very good on all occasions. If you like pizza I am happy to recommend this restaurant to you.
