The ambiance at Adelaide is truly lovely—elegant and calm, and exactly what you hope for in a special evening in Rome. Unfortunately, the service did not reflect that same level. It felt disjointed throughout the meal, and we encountered a significant issue: one of our courses (a pasta) was never served, yet it was included on the bill. When we asked about it, we were initially told that we were mistaken and had received the dish. Only after showing photos of our meal was the charge removed. The interaction felt unnecessarily defensive and not in line with the level of hospitality expected at a restaurant of this caliber. To be fair, we didn’t raise it earlier because we assumed the pacing was intentional when our next course arrived, and later thought there may have been a language misunderstanding. The food itself was pleasant but underseasoned across several dishes. The lemon dessert was the standout.

Well thought out menu and food. Exceptional executed and presented. Lovely service and charming ambiance. It starts with a selection of amuse gueuele, bread and olive oil and you think you can just stay with that. What followed was just wonderful, meat, fish, pasta. As we could not decide on the dessert they gave us an additional one. All 3 where heavenly.

I’ve never before experienced such a warm atmosphere at a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was incredibly cozy, the staff was wonderful, with attention to every detail and a lovely atmosphere. I would visit again and again every time I’m in Rome.

We found a fantastic gem on our second night in Rome. I was looking for a beautiful setting, fantastic food, and excellent service. Adelaide delivered. Decided to do the seafood tasting menu including my two young adult children. We loved it. I greatly appreciated our waiter Diego making sure my daughter’s nut allergy were noted; the kitchen even separately used fresh oil to fry anything to avoid cross contamination. If you are a foodie you will appreciate the excellent olive oil and freshly baked breads, delicious food and the amazing dessert. The “lemon” dessert definitely blew us away! What a memorable Rome evening with my family. Thank you Adelaide.

What a beautiful place. Fine art, classy furniture. Hard to find when following Google Maps, but the staff at the hotel will take time to direct you to the proper entrance. The service was friendly and helpful. The a la carte menu is structured around 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi, and then there's a separate menu with 3 classic Roman pastas. We all tried one of those and the meals were beautifully presented and filling. Small wine list by the glass is oriented around Italian varietals.

The food was very good, but they gave my wife a menu without prices and me a menu with prices, I think that is very inappropriate and rude.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed. Exquisitely decorated interiors, warm and welcoming, amazing food served by knowledgeable, friendly staff. They know the true meaning of 5 star dining and pulled it off with panache and style.

It has an amazing atmosphere really very interesting from a design element. The service has a nice pace to it and is there to service your experience. The food is very good and there is interesting story to each dish.

The restaurant is quaint and beautifully designed. The service is attentive until issues arise. The pacing is very odd and we had an extra item charged that we didn't order, and an entree was brought out way after the other entree was served. The meat was not always cooked well: super tough duck and chewy filet. Unfortunately, an amuse bouche was served above glass/rock beans, and one of those was inside the food and dislodged a dental implant 😥

Restaurant staff and vibes were great. However, ambiance and experience don’t make up for lackluster food. I’d rather have terrible service and an incredible dish than great service and mediocre food. While the dish presentation was great, the flavors were lackluster and dull. I enjoyed my time but not my food.

Fredrico and the staff made my boyfriend's birthday dinner such a memorable experience. So much detail and time went into everything we tried as well as the presentation. So happy we decided on this lovely ristorante!

+9Food, service. and ambiance was amazing. I had a smoked lobster tom yum dish as my primi and they made it taste like wagyu--fatty and light. Incredible. Staff are also so attentive and well-coordinated. They are truly at the top of their game.

Other than more Stars? They deserve it. From the point of entry to leaving the Staff were excellent. The food was outstanding and in the excess if what we had expected. The decorations made it feel homely and welcoming. The chef went above and beyond and several tables ask for him to say what an excellent meal he had prepared with his team. I don’t usually do reviews, but the staff here deserve the extra appreciation. Well done and thank you

When I made the reservation I mentioned we were celebrating our 8th anniversary. We arrived early and enjoyed cocktails and aperitifs in the lounge. The Negroni was excellent. We elected to dine in the courtyard. It was a warm night but not unbearable, and the courtyard seemed appropriate for our anniversary. Our server was named Elisa and she was very attentive and kind. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel special. And, I’m grateful the evening exceeded expectations.

We absolutely loved our meal at Adelaide. The food was impeccable and the staff was very personable. I was impressed by the ambiance as well. The whole experience was positive and a great way to end our Italian vacation. I certainly would go back!

I consider their tasting menu “Adelaide” as one of the most interesting meals I have tried in my life. The restaurant is very keen on fish dishes and the service was perfect. Thank you.

We have chosen to take a primo and secondo. Both were very good, special but not too complex with high quality ingredients. Good choice of wine per glass be it a bit too expensive. Very professional and friendly staff.
