Adesso è così Ristorante - Trattoria del Mare in Trieste is a total delight! Every dish—from the crispy Antipasto Adesso è così to the perfectly grilled grigliata mista triestina and the melting-in-your-mouth gnocchi con il nostro goulash—was cooked to perfection. The sides, kipfeletti and patate in tecia, were just as delicious. What really stands out, though, is the service: friendly, attentive, and full of smiles. One waiter even took the time to chat with us and share stories, making the experience feel personal and fun. When my husband couldn’t finish his plate due to a toothache, they happily packaged it with homemade bread to take home—small touches like that win hearts and they certainly won ours. Cozy ambiance, soft music, fair prices, and an overall experience that makes you want to return immediately. Highly recommended!

We went there for lunch, just told them I've made reservation through Fork. We got seated outdoor because at that time they didn't open inside part. The foods were good, the portion just correct for small woman like me who usually hard to finish a plate of what they called "normal" size in here. The service is 3€/person. The price are the same like what its written in this apps. The service also fine. Sept 2025

Incomprensibile il suo commento, secondo lei i turisti in un ristorante fronte mare non dovrebbero mangiare? 4,5 non é sicuramente il nostro standard quanto meno per il servizio offertoli :eravate in 2 con tavolo da 4 fronte mare e anche con lo sconto applicatogli correttamente. Veramente delusi,, per l'impegno che lo staff mette in questi giorni di caldo insopportabili: 52 gradi in cucina e queste recensioni assurde che abbassano il rating con impegno raggiunto. The charming the waitresses are, the arrogant, patronizing and un-wellcoming the „padrone“ is. If you go there you have to be extremely patient. We waited for more than an hour only to get everything served (first and main courses) in one go. The „tris di tartare“ was lacking any taste and was quite boring. On the other hand the beef tartare only tasted of mustard and lime. Nevertheless the tuna filet as well as the mixed fish have been very good! However thats a restaurant I would not visit twice.
