5/10We went to this restaurant today using the Fork offer (30% discount). We ordered 2 drinks, 2 starters, and 1 main course (chicken biryani). The server started insisting that we must order more because “this quantity doesn’t work for them with a discount.” His tone was rude, and honestly, this is not the first time we faced this here — other servers also pushed us to order extra in the past. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional. We come to eat what we feel like, not to be forced to add more items. Because of this repeated bad experience, we’ve decided not to visit Adrak again. Otherwise, the food is decent.

Hi Chethan ,Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point regarding TheFork promotions. For every reservation made through TheFork, we must pay €2.50 per person, and our average spend is around €18 per guest, which is clearly mentioned on our TheFork page. When the total order is far below that amount, it simply doesn't cover the cost of the food, service, and the commission we must pay. That's why our staff informs customers to avoid misunderstandings, and we will make sure this is always communicated in a respectful manner. We appreciate your visit and your comments, but if this spending level doesn't match what you expect, it may be better not to book with the offer in the future.

recommend this restaurant, which has remained faithful to its Indian cuisine, although it has improved quite a bit in its decoration over the years. If you really want to taste an Indian meal in Madrid, as if you were visiting an Indian friend's house in his country, Adrak is your restaurant.

8/10Nice ambience and very attentive staff, fast service. Food is good, but can be improved. Size of samosa is small, chicken mint tikka was superb, but Karahi paneer could be improved and made with less oil. Pista kulfi was cherry on the top.
