    It is one of our special occasion restaurants. Wedding anniversary past two years. Or when we want a caviar and shellfish indulgence. Sure, you can find this in a traditional Spanish restaurant. But sometimes you want an escape, chill with “The Mouse” with a bit of glam and sparkle. Go for it!

    Aduana offers excellent service and beautifully prepared food. The fresh lubina and tuna tartare were both delicious and expertly executed—clearly a highlight of the evening. That said, a few details could make the overall dining experience even better. We sat inside to enjoy the air conditioning at 19:30, but the atmosphere was compromised by loud disco cover music. Softer, more relaxing background music would have created a much more pleasant setting at that early hour. Another area for improvement is the bread service. Instead of a bread basket or rolls, we were served just two slices of bread with aioli and tomato for €4.60. The presentation felt underwhelming for the price, and not in line with the otherwise thoughtful menu. With adjustments in these areas—ambience and bread service—this interesting spot could truly stand out and be rated much higher.

    We've been to aDuana in the past, but last night's meal was even better than I remembered! I could eat there every week. My husband and I shared a perfectly cooked pinza with mozzarella, tomatoes, and rocket - and then we had the ceviche, made with sea bass. The flavors were sharp, sweet, mellow, and succulent all at once - so good. Our friends had burgers and big, fresh cut potatoes - just a cut above. Delightful service and fun atmosphere. A special place. Muchas gracias!

    Personnel great with good attitude. Wines per glass still listed but the wines which were not available. Too bad!. I suggest to change the menu folders. It looks like the pages have been dropped in a wet area.

    Our third time enjoying the food and ambiance at aDuana - always a friendly greeting, delicious bread and aioli. This time I had the tuna tartare with avocado - and my husband had the lubina ceviche - both delicious. Fun decor! Gracias.

    The "greatest corvina ceviche en todo el mundo!" My husband and I made a last minute reservation, but were greeted warmly, and all the servers were uniformly nice and efficient. But the food! It was so good. I had tuna tartare with avocado, a very generous portion with caviar and wasabi. The wasabi was earthy and paired wonderfully with the fish. My husband's corvina ceviche was equally special - fresh flavors enhanced by citrus - so so fresh. We had a fun time, the restaurant is not formal and puts out some seriously delicious food!

    Enjoyed a lovely lunch starting with a glass of Champagne & following with a lovely bottle of wine. Nice relaxed lighting & decor, perfect for a catch up with friends. We were the only customer's dining, with maybe only one or two having a drink outside. I had found the restaurant on the fork and booked it through there which was really easy & convenient. There was no discount promotions etc associated but would get extra yums if paid via the fork. However the manager seemed to take great exception to this, saying it was not permitted & that I should have I formed him at the outset. I dont know how this would have impacted service, but I pointed out that they had my reservation clearly booked via the fork and that I have often paid this way, which I did when presented with the bill. He kept insisting that this was not possible so I had to show him my online bank account which clearly showed the payment deducted as he would not check his system. Unnecessary unsavoury ending 😒

    This restaurant did not live up to all the reviews I had read about it. The table we were seated at was not centrally located so service was slow. It was also painfully dark in such a sunny, light town. Food was good but also did not live up to expectations.

    Excellent service and presentation - we sat inside behind the kitchen, unfortunately staring at a picture of a leering naked woman with some unprintable profanity decorating the frame. As they say, art is in the eye of the beholder, but I'd rethink the decor. My husband's fresh fish was delicious, as was the ceviche starter, however my order of tuna tartare for €24.00 was edible, not more. It was not flavorful and it wasn't worth the cost. The bread was bitter - a strange bitter flavor - the wine pour by the glass was meager. I think these items could be improved, and hopefully we can try again.
