Friendly staff, amazing food and great views! What’s not to like? Definitely recommended!

Agli Archi is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the central squares and piazzas. We were greeted by Leonardo a welcoming and attentive waiter who spoke multiple languages and made us feel at home. We asked to sit by the waters edge which was a great setting for our first meal in Venice, watching the Vaporetto pass by. We asked for a slow paced meal enjoying the courses paired with a bottle of wine. Leonardo checked back with us throughout dinner to see if we needed anything else and pace was to our liking, just the right level of service. Having spent the previous three days in Verona we had already eaten some amazing Italian food and Agli Archi was up there with the best. Food was fresh and flavourful and the perfect portion sizes. We would recommend Agli Archi, they set the bar highly for the rest of our stay in Venice.

Food was fair and service was friendly. Unfortunately definitely not worth the cost - our clam as well as squid ink pasta left things to be desired in terms of portion size and taste. There is a table cover fee of €4 per person. Bread for the table was not of an expected quality for the way this restaurant presents itself.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Eating with a sea view created a wonderful atmosphere, and the location is conveniently accessible.

Food was not good - pure seemed like the store bought one, and octopus was also not very good and chewy

100 out of 10 — definitely a gem. Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and the service is truly top-notch. I’m so glad we found it. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely made our day. I can’t stress enough how much we loved this place, all thanks to the wonderful team. We will certainly be back when we’re in Venice again.

Food and service was good. The waiters treated us so well. But we were just caught of guard when we paid. We ate here with a 50% off reservation, we were expecting the total price will be 50% discounted, but they just did it with the first plates.

Nice place, very Nice. Gentle waiters. But good quantity is quite poor for the price, and waiters are not really quick. Sausages and brushcetta were not tasty.

Didnt know tuna tartare is raw tuna maybe my fault, avocado was unripe not ready to eat , my partner had chicken unflavored and salad nothing special even no salt was served on the table. It was sad, was my birthday

The reviews didn’t disappoint! The service, atmosphere, ambience, food, drinks were 10/10. I ate 6 Tiramisu whilst in Venice, this was the best one. I WILL return. Thabkcyou for a wonderful first experience of Venice.

the food was AMAZING, totally worth it, especially the pasta with lobster. The only minus is that the restaurant is not located in a central area and there is nothing to do around.
