10/10Great restaurant tucked away. Gluten Free member of the family so always a challenge. I ended up with the GF pizza and I can honestly say it’s one of the best I have ever tasted. 100% recommended

9.5/10This restaurant is very quaint and full of character. The food was very good. I had the Cuttlefish Rissoto which tasted rich and cooked just right. I wish it did have more fish though. My husband had the Duck Ragout and he also enjoyed his, but a bit salty. The tiramisu was lovely! Only downfall of the evening was the heat and humidity. I would think twice before eating there in the summer with no A/C.

9.5/10My husband is gluten-free, and he said the spaghetti he ate was the best—even better than what I have ever cooked, when he said that to the waitress, he confirmed that the pasta was homemade. This restaurant is a gem. It is family-owned, and they make a special effort to serve well special diets.

7/10The food was delicious and they had a great inexpensive house wine. We felt tucked away in one of the alleyways of Venice, and the ambience was great. The only thing keeping me from giving it a stellar review was the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. We had to flag our waiter down multiple times to ask for more water, wine and bread, and it took two and a half hours to get served our meal which only consisted of two courses. It may have just been a bad and/or busy night, or just our waiter, Would highly recommend with the caveat being that your experience with the service may be a gamble.

10/10+1This restaurant was great! The staff was excellent. The wine was great, spaghetti vongole was available gluten-free, and was fantastic! The pistachio crusted tuna was cooked to perfection and the best tuna we’ve ever had! Dessert was delicious. We will be back the next time we are in Venice!

10/10Absolutely superb in every way. Very professional service. Food quality and drinks/wine all outstanding. Black cuttlefish spaghetti, absolutely amazing. Carbonara with guancale, to die for. Just go, mangia, la vita e bella!

10/10This restaurant is tucked away in a plaza a few blocks from the Venice crowds on the boardwalk. The service was extremely good, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were fair. We got the cuttlefish risotto, vegetable lasagna, and panacotta—all were delicious! The ambience is also very nice and warm. So glad we found this place!

6/10We went to this restaurant on a Tuesday night because friends had gone a month before and said they had a fantastic meal. So I ordered the same dish as my friend (the seafood risotto) but I guess it was a different chef the night we went because the risotto was so salty if was inedible and I had to send it back. They let me order something else, so I ordered the seafood pasta instead but definitely when that arrived they jipped me out of the shrimp because I had none but a woman at the table next to me had ordered the same dish and it came with a big shrimp in the shell in the centre but my pasta came without and in fact just a couple of muscles in it. So even that was disappointing considering I was still paying the full price. So in summary I would say this restaurant is hit and miss depending on who is cooking in the kitchen that night!

9/10Upon arrival sadly I was informed that they ran out of the glutenfree pizza dough, and it was my main reason to book here because I wanted to try their GF pizza based on the many great reviews. I ended up ordering a seafood risotto while my boyfriend had a calzone pizza. Both were very tasty, the aperol spritzes were also super nice, as well as the waiter. Nice restaurant, i just hope next time i can try their GF pizza.

10/10We had an excellent meal! Everything was delicious-the staff was very attentive. My daughter has a gluten allergy and they were very helpful in making sure she was taken care of! Highly recommend!!

10/10Excellent choice, prices were reasonable for the quality, lovely atmosphere, it is very popular so book in advance. Great gluten free choice too, staff were helpful, service charge only 2.50 euros so less than other restaurants. They have a courtyard for warmer times of year. We went back to eat here something we don’t usually do on holiday! Recommend to others.

10/10his is our second visit to Agli Artisti, and we first booked because we noticed it was where all the Gondoliers were eating lunch, so thought it must be good food. It didn’t disappoint, and second time around it’s been an equal success. On both times we have ordered from the sea food, based on recommendations from the waiting staff, and have had incredible meals on both occasions. The staff are wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and the food is incredibly delicious. A hidden gem, and one of Venice’s best kept secrets.

6.5/10The food options and pricing was good. We had a reservation but didn’t need. We were promptly seated. Our order was taken in a timely manner. The drinks were brought by a different person, who also brought the appetizer. Then we sat for a very long time. Finished wine, almost finished water. We flagged our waiter, who then said “check?”. We said, no we haven’t gotten our food. Five more min and my dish came, a couple more minutes and my husbands was brought over. Then we flagged our waiter and asked for more water, he said ok. But no water came. We finished eating and just asked for the check and paid immediately. The food was fine, except my dish wasn’t hot and I wondered if it had just been sitting, and just wasn’t brought out sooner. Im not sure what happened, but it was the only restaurant we had slow service and it was our last meal on vacation so it was a bummer.

8.5/10Food was excellent and well presented. Not cheap but in Venice's prices and it is quality. The only thing is that you need to pay attention: at the beginning we were given a table close to the patio and there was wind and we needed to remind them we had a reservation. They made a mistake in the bill, charged double a dish and that was corrected without a problem.

8/10Lovely restaurant with nice food - slightly off down a quieter alley (for Venice) but still central and convenient to find. Accommodating with our small child. Great vegetarian pizza and pasta options, really enjoyed our meal. Good, friendly service.

9.5/10Out of the tourist trap areas, although primarily tourists dining when we went. Staff quite friendly and helpful. Plenty of gluten free options for my partner, including great gluten free pizza.

10/10Really friendly and nice service! Spaghetti al spoglio and fish with salt crust + tiramisu amazing stuff, amazing team. Will come back literally ANY time I‘m in Venice again!! :-)
