We enjoyed every part of our meal. The ceviche and the polvo are not to be missed. We also really liked the desserts. The restaurant is located in a very friendly neighborhood. We went there on a Sunday, and I would recommend making a reservation as the place is small. Thumbs up for the food quality and the service. I’ll definitely go back — don’t hesitate to visit on your next trip to Lisbon!

This was my first time in Lisbon! I’ve been in this incredible city for a week. This was my last night, and eating in this quaint little INCREDIBLY delicious restaurant far exceeded my expectations. If you want fancy and flashy, this is not your spot. This casual cozy place has LOCAL vibes with the most comfortable genuine staff. The shrimp burrata appetizer and grilled octopus main were some of the best meals of the week! Not only would I recommend this place, but tell my friends that it should be your FIRST MEAL…. Because you’re likely to want a return visit!

We loved this restaurant. The service was a joy. Polite, but attentive. The food was lovely. Flame grilled prawns on burrata! Wow . Tucked away in a little street not far from the funiculare. Loved it.

It was my second time in Água pela Barba - Bica and it will not be my last for sure! Everything was amazing! A cozy and lovely space, with an amazing concept - food to share. All dishes were so delicious! The staff is really welcoming and nice, making this space even more amazing. Congrats!

The food and service was incredible! Very cool restaurant tucked away in the Santa Catarina/Barrio Alto neighborhood. My fiance and I were blown away by how fresh and unique the flavors and dishes were. 10/10 service, food, ambiance and experience!

As reviewed on Google, the food was outstanding, with creative takes on traditional seafood that was fresh and perfectly prepared. The staff recommended an excellent wine to pair with the food. All in all, one of the best meals we’ve had in Lisbon.

The service at this establishment is horrible. We politely requested a dish to be divided among our party, but were rudely told that plates were not for sharing at the restaurant. The waitress then took the tip immediately from our check without first asking about it. We respectfully advised her to inquire in advance to prevent this type of difficult circumstance and to refund the money she took. They planned to give us only coins to steal from us. I will never suggest this establishment. What a waste and a poor experience in beautiful Lisbon.

Cute small space on quiet street. Tables are tight together. The front door remained open through dinner, which was fine with pleasant weather. Imaginative dishes well presented. Only one server and the manager for the whole room so service is very frenetic, not very attentive. So- nice venue (if outside temperature is good), upscale food, not very polished service. As long as your expectations are in line, you can have an enjoyable evening.
