The restaurant itself is lovely. The food was delicious and very nice presentation. Unfortunately the service was pretty terrible. We sat for a long time waiting for someone to come over with the menu. Then it took forever to bring the wine and drinks. There were two separate servers helping us and neither one was very helpful. I asked for a bit of chips on the side of our steak tartar (I saw they brought two bowls full for the table next to us) and I was rudely told to wait, and the chips never came. It just went on from there.

Great place we found on The Fork, food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. We felt satisfied after eating. It was very light and healthy, we enjoyed the seafood and seasonal vegetables. Our server was very personable and funny which made the night entertaining and memorable. Thank you for hosting us!

Lucas our server was a delight. He was attentive, creative, and went the extra mile to teach us about Portuguese wines and food. He was funny, charming, and knowledgable. The food was delicious and atmosphere wonderful for our family party of eight. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant I would strongly recommend, I celebrated my birthday with 8 other friends over dinner at Água and they took care of us perfectly, the food was delicious for really affordable prices, good service from the waiters who were very patient and nice, and overall we had an amazing moment ! We ate there twice with my wife. We tested, the meat, the fish and the vegetarian dishes too. We can confirm that everything was delicious ! The service was very kind and client oriented. They had no issues to accommodate the dishes (e.g., well cook) without any problem. The service was super fast. The best restaurant where we ate, that's why we went twice !

I was in Lisbon to celebrate my birthday and on my last night I found this place through The fork and I must say it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, excellent, the atmosphere beautiful, the service even better. We have been served by Juliana which gave us the best customer service I ever had, she is so lovely!! I really enjoyed everything in there… Must Try!!

The restaurant looked amazing - however the service was rather poor. We were a big table for 10 people, still took us almost 2hours to get through lunch - keeping into consideration the restaurant wasn't full. The fresh pasta had been clearly frozen (still clumped together) and just lacked flavour overall.

My sister had been here twice in the summer and highly recommended it. It was all she said it would be. We arrived a bit early and the waiter let us sit and have drinks before the restaurant opened! The charcuterie was more than enough for 3 people and very delicious! We all thought our dinners were excellent. No dessert, we were too full. Highly recommend

Nice restaurant in a hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as well. But they could use more stuff, the waiter was alone in the dining area. and it was pretty busy in the evening, so there were slight delays because waiter couldn't serve everybody at once fast - but nothing that would cause a significant inconvenience. The atmosphere is nice, nothing fancy, but not run down. There are no nice views cuz it's located half below ground. But overall, it's pretty good

Great little spot for bit more upscale Portuguese cuisine. The ambrosia salad was amazing, as was the shrimp risotto. Wine was excellent and service quick and attentive. The menu isn’t super big but there is enough to go around. Definitely recommend a visit.
