Quiality food, service.

Ahuevo serves imaginative food in a flexible way, with a sharing menu as well as a conventional à la carte. It’s a long time since I’ve tasted such original dishes, and the enthusiasm of the staff, describing the ingredients or how it was cooked is very impressive. In terms of ambience, the background music (jazz) was perfect. In fact we enjoyed guessing the tunes (e.g. Coltrane’s Favourite Things) whilst we waited for our meal. The only thing we noticed which was perhaps not quite as we’d have liked was a sort of tourist ghetto where all the non-locals were eating. Sometimes when on holiday it’s nice to mix and share experiences!

This is a gem of a place! It's a cosy, buzzy, fun atmosphere and the staff are brilliant. They are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and wine. The food is AMAZING and great value, especially the shared menu..........the cheesecake is an absolute 'must', even if you are already full ;-) We had a fabulous time here and highly recommend you pay it a visit. We're already looking forward to going back!

One of the best cart menu you can find in Valencia. They have kids menu too. Everything was delicious. Keep some place for the desserts. They are unique!

Monday night.Restaurant full.Really friendly reception from staff. Chose set menu.Three delicious starters with fantastic bread and olive oil.Mains were salmon and pork.The pork was unbelievably moist and tender.Desserts were cheesecake and a caramel.The red wine was excellent.Great service throughout.Thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening.

We booked this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews and so pleased we did. We had the set menu and every plate of food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very attentive, I would thoroughly recommend Ahuevo.

My young niece left in tears, her food arrived after the other 5 of us had long finishes. The manager said it was not his problem and told us a bad rating would not impact his restaurant rating. The attitude and arrogance of hubris will soon catch up with him and his establishment. Simply the worst most arrogant service I have experienced in 51 years

Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I made a reservation through The Fork, and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, accompanied by an interesting concept of the restaurant—dishes are designed to be shared. We started with a salad and shared two main courses, one of which was chosen by the waiter (we trusted him since we realized that both the menu and the food at this place are top-notch). It’s a great spot for dinner in Valencia! We would definitely return.

We had the most wonderful meal we had in a long time. We were celebrating an anniversary and the restaurant even organised flowers for us. It was a really wonderful meal, and it was made even better because our server, Amelia from Argentina, was the best service person I have had the pleasure of meeting. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the dishes, and very enthusiastic. This is a really great restaurant, and if you only have time to eat in two restaurants in Valencia, eat in this one twice

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the waitress the service was excellent she was very helpful choosing the wine to compliment our choice in tapas food which was also excellent would definitely recommend this for couples looking for a lovely dinner

All of the food was excellent and inventive. We especially loved the salads. The only issue that we had was that the first three tables were seated right next to each other with the remaining tables open. It would have been more comfortable to have space, especially since the remaining tables were open. I reserved this table months ago so should have been seated accordingly. Otherwise, everything and all of the reviews are spot on.
