8.5/10Adorable restaurant, great location, absolutely lovely wait staff! Our only concern is the tension we sensed between the management and the staff. Someone who we assume was the manager came out from the kitchen several times and my partner expressed that we were being watched by him, for no discernible reason. Additionally, the manager had other customers move tables in order to accommodate a group of 7 that entered during our meal who were initially turned away due to lack of space. The customers that moved were happy to do so and the group of 7 did not create any kind of disruption, but the way the wait staff politely declined their request and then the manager came in and insisted room could be made by shifting other customers trying to enjoy their experience did not come off as terribly professional to us. We hope our wait staff is happy and doing well. <3

6.5/10Centrally located, Ai Fusari is a small restaurant with a informal setting but a warm and attentive service: although we were late, they went the extra mile to accommodate us even on a very busy Saturday lunchtime. The quality of food is fluctuating: some of the dishes we ordered were excellent while other more average. All in all a good choice for a relaxing lunch or dinner in a very central location, just few meters off the Cathedral' square.

10/10All the dishes that we tasted met our expectations. Service was quick and the staff of the restaurant was polite and helpful. We sat outside. It was quiet with a lovely atmosphere and partially view of the cathedral. We really enjoyed it!

9/10The staff at Al Fusari responded in welcoming and generous style to my request for any special touches for an anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was intimate and the service was extraordinary. The food was great as well, especially i frutti di mare/seafood. Thanks to Al Fusari staff for making ours a wonderful night!
