Knowledgeable waiter, speaking English. Very true Sicilian cuisine and wine, inventively cooked and presented. Prices moderate.

the waiter is great. but we had a birthday and there was no congratulatory piece of cake, nothing, it's strange in the restaurant business. and there is nothing for people who do not eat meat and fish. but we liked it 🥰

We had a pleasant experience at Ai Normanni. The food was good—nicely prepared and enjoyable, though not particularly memorable or outstanding. What truly stood out was the excellent service: warm, attentive, and very professional. The staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The ambiance was also pleasant, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. All in all, a solid choice for a nice evening out, especially if you value friendly and competent service.

Great location - we sat outside appreciating the grand historic building. Great food beautifully presented. Great service - helpful and informative.

Whilst the food was very nice, the restaurant was almost empty and this affected the ambiance. Although located near the Norman Palace, it was a little away from the main tourist area at night.

Superb authentic Palermitan cuisine beautifully presented. Excellent service and exceptional wines. Well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our food and the service was very good. Sadly the dining room lacked atmosphere . I am sure that sitting outside in the court yard weather permitting would have been a more memorable experience.

A trip to Palermo is never complete without a meal at Ai Normanni! The staff is always gracious and welcoming. The food is delicious and served with care. We cannot wait until our next visit! Grazie tante e a presto! xx

Very nice restaurant, away from the busy streets of Palermo, with delicious food and great service. My pasta, tubi with catch of the day, was top of the bill, so was the pasta of the day, and the linguini with Tonno eggs. The main course was tasteful, but not as amazing as the starter, and we closed with a nice dessert, tiramisu and pudding with lemon and almonds. The hosts were very nice, friendly, patiently explaining the menu and with helpful advise.

The restaurant room was a bit sterile in decor and lacked ambience. Service was friendly enough but everything was on an app on your phone, which was annoying. Food was fine.

The Service guy was very friendly and has made at the end the difference. Food was good and the location OK as well as the price.

The food was good, the wine was good. The service was very slow. It took over half an hour to get our order taken and we were still receiving our starter after one and a half hours.

Always a wonderful experience… a delicious meal, kind and thoughtful service, and they are always very attentive to my food allergies. We cannot wait to come back! Grazie e a presto!

Lovely restaurant literally downstairs from our apartment. Friendly staff, specialises in local specialities but also had options of more “ traditional “ pasta dishes for our less adventurous teen. Delicious food and the chance to try new dishes

A lovely, calm, cool oasis on a hot summer day in Palermo. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. This slightly hidden gem is very close to the Norman Palace and only a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and 10 more minutes to the Quattro Canti. The proprietress, chef and staff are all very attentive. They were most accommodating of my gluten and lactose allergies. We will absolutely be back when we return to Palermo! Grazie Tantissimo!

Food is very good . But Take care - the reservation address is not correct. There are 2 “piazza della Vittoria” and if you just click on the link you get with the reservation confirmation you will go 30min away walking from the real place. Thanks

Having missed lunch, we needed to book an early evening meal. The staff were very good and the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend a visit.

The starters were good One Main course; sausages was OK. The other; Tuna was bland. Only 3 whitewines, all local. Service OK and prices average.

Sorry for the inconvenience with the wine, due to a delay in monthly delivery (maybe, related to the holidays). As regards the Tuna, we use to avoid any salt in the fish, keeping its sapidity, but we will keep in mind you suggestion. We do hope to see you again and to let you experience a wide white wine list.
