10/10Had to return before leaving. Great meal. Loved the Amatriciana and the Carbonara (my favorite), and not to be missed are the pizza selections. Enjoy with some great tasting and reasonable wine offerings.

4.5/10We have visited this restaurant a number of times since 2013, however our visit last night was very disappointing. Whilst the food was fine my wife’s main course arrived with my starter, and 2 mins later my main arrived. I had just commenced eating the starter! Once we had finished our plates etc were collected and no one returned again to ask if we required anything else. Whilst our Italian is limited common courtesy costs nothing and frequent visits were made to the adjacent tables. Whilst we will continue to visit Soriano we will look other restaurants on these visits. It is a shame as we have enjoyed our previous times here.

10/10A really good restaurant. The menu has a wide choice, having eaten there several times, we have been extremely pleased with all the food served. It is a busy restaurant, popular with locals, so recommend booking your table.

10/10We made return visits to this restaurant as we enjoyed it so much. The food, service, staff and atmosphere were all fantastic. This is obviously a very popular restaurant as it is always busy. We highly recommend it and will certainly visit again when we are next in Soriano.

10/10First time at the Ai Tre Scalini. They were welcoming and friendly, the ravioli castagne was terrific and the rabbit cacciatore the best ever I tasted. We had the house ted wine which was also very good! We will return.

6/10Very typical local restaurant. I had seafood mix. The prawns were not great but the sea bream and calimari were. My wife had pasta but it was served only warm. Desert was excellent.

9/10Very good restaurant. Hubby had pappardelle with wild boar and he said it was the best pasta dish he had ever had. I had diavolo pizza which was very good, they put anchovies on it for me as well. Booked through the fork and got 20% off. Enjoyable evening. Would definitely return.

10/10We've just had an Excellent lunch at Tre Scalini. The ingredients are all fresh produce and in season! Delicious fresh peas, broad beans and artichokes to start followed by a spaghetti with mixed sea food, abundant and tasty. Ravioli with chestnuts and mushrooms .. Perfectly cooked. Lamb cutlets (4) freshly cooked to perfection, artichokes in batter,. Has to be one of the best restaurants in the Province of Viterbo. We will be returning ! Thank you

4/10Rather than being restaurant quality, the food could have been cooked in any Italian. We only had pasta dishes, but they were very ordinary, the sauce was slopped all over the plates and not wiped prior to serving, no plating finesse whatsoever, and we had to wait over 30 minutes. Overall? A disappointing experience.
