10/10Delicious food, super friendly staff and great decor! I will be returning for sure, specially for the passion fruit sangria 😅 the smart toilet is also pretty cool!! 10/10 would recommend this place!

10/10Best ramen in lisbon! Fantastic decoration and very comfortable restaurant. Spectacular food and the ramen is amazing! Highly recommend to visit both their 2 restaurants well located.

7.5/10The stock was, unfortunately, very greasy which is very disappointing considering Ajitama was one of the first ramen shops in Lisbon. Worth the trip for the design and the toilet.

3/10We've been here three times. Once when this location opened up and today's visit was poor. The place was very busy and the quality of the ramen suffered because of it. I understand being consistent on a busy Friday evening is difficult, but when you pay 16€ for a ramen bowl one expects quality. The broth seemed weak and ingredients looked like it was dumped together. With so many new ramen spots opening every month, I hope these guys keep up

10/10I went to Ajitama Ramen Bistro with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was awesome the service was perfect, the food was also perfect. Everything was perfect. I would totally recommend it to ramen lovers and everyone who wants to try it.

10/10Very good food and one of the best Ramen in Lisbon. Everything was perfect! The only downside is that they don’t have the traditional matcha mochi with red bean filling :(

9.5/10The food was delicious and the waitress very kind. As we shared the starters and the dessert, we were waiting for one more empty dish, reason why we consoder the service a 4 stars and not a 5. I recommand the restaurant anyway for quick and kind service and excellent food.

4/10Good evening I am sending this email regarding the horrible and dissapoting service at Ajitama Bistro in Rua Alecrim. I am a regular client at both Ajiatama's Alecrim and Marques. Lately at the Ajitama Alecrim the service has been HORRIBLE, absolutely HORRIBLE. For the past months the times that we ate there was always a mistake in our order. One time we ordered ramen with chicken and the other one with pork and both arrived with chicken. We let it go. Second time we order 2 ramen menus and it only arrived one ramen soup menu to "share" when we didn't want to share and we had to wait another 15 minutes for my Ramen arrive Third time we order gyozas without spicy sauce and it arrives with spicy sauce and it's been constantly happening. Today was the worst one yet! We waited 10 minutes in line when we had a reservation. We only had one spoon and it took forever to arrive the same as a simple coke. After all of this, when the ramen arrives the order was also wrong and I had ordered a black tonkotsu with pork and my Girlfriend a hakata with chicken, when the ramen arrives, my black tonkotsu came with chicken and my girlfriend's hakata with pork and when we ordered to redo, they just swapped the protein when it had different seasoning, after all of this and asking to redo it we waited 30 minutes to get a simple ramen when should have had the priority after the waiters fuck up. Overall Ajitama Alecrim has been failing a lot just because they DON'T WRITE DOWN THE ORDER and it's a shame because the food is very good but the customer service is SHAMEFUL. A simple tip for all is to write down the order of the customer, if you don't remember don't act like you can.

10/10Great ambiance. Delicious ramen (the red ramen had the right spice level - has a kick but not burning). Drinks are good, too! We made a reservation which was easy via fork. Highly recommend!

10/10Starting with the service, all of them were really kind, they helped me pick my ramen with the recommendations and explain to me everything, also they check on me few times and I felt so welcome. In the other hand, the food was amazing. Super tasty, one of the best ramen I had try in the world
