8.5/10It is not the first time i have went there. So i know the restaurant already. It is really good the food is amazing unfortunately on that night it was a bit of a chaos. They forgot our orders and we waited almost 2 hours for our food. They only told us that they have forgotten us after we asked the waitress for our food. Then she came and said she has forgotten our order. So the service was not great. But the rest was awesome.

The food was absolutely amazing, we loved it! But the service was really not the best. The waitress was speaking so low we couldn’t hear a thing (the ambience was not full or loud) and she also mistook our beverage order and didn’t care to correct it.

8/10The Agedashi Tofu was four small pieces of tofu buried under a mountain of Bonita flakes. The Ramen was served room temperature and there was very little pork in it. Not like the other location for this restaurant.

6/10It’s like a torturing having ramen in summer especially when their A/C is too weak. The restaurant was so warm that I really lost all moods for ramen. What’s the worst is they got mistake on my order. I ordered vegan but they sent me the pork, which caused me ratting pork by mistake! The staff didn’t really apologise, maybe for them it’s just a different flavour. They don’t really know there are some people in this world who can’t eat pork. That’s the worst experience I had.

7.5/10Tried the ramen and different starters here a few times. All starters are good and well plates, however the ramen falls a bit short of their statement of being the same quality as in Japan. The broth, despite which ramen you choose, lacks flavour, it is generally bland, which affects the overall taste. The eggs are cold, as if they were just removed from the fridge, while the pork meat slices are also not very flavourful. It’s not a bad ramen, but it just misses that special flavour to turn it into a good quality one. For the price tag, it is a bit disappointing.

9.5/10Ajitama offered a small range of ramen dishes that resulted in high quality, visually attractive fare. Four of us each selected something different, and all found our meals tasty and filling. The menu also offers some alternatives to ramen, one of which my wife selected. The service was attentive. We were able to spend a couple of hours over our meal while engaging in conversation without being hurried at all. I should mention that my wife and I lived in Japan for three years and she spent 20 years working at a major Japanese consulate, so we know our Japanese fare.

I ordered the tantamen it was like a normal soup with tahini, the sliced meat was like the ones shaped in can. I am a ramen lover. So disappointed. But service staff were so attentive and polite

10/10I had my first visit to Ajitama, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Now, let’s talk about the food—simply delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell there was real care put into each plate. Whether you’re a fan ramen, or other Japanese specialties, Ajitama delivers an authentic and satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality Japanese cuisine!

7.5/10The ramen quality was average. The broth, although it was said it was infused with smoked black garlic, didn’t really have any flavors, rather bland. Furthermore, the egg was very cold, probably just taken out of the fridge and put straight into the bowl.
