10/10Everything you’d expect in a restaurant based in the Prince de Galle. Attentive service, trendy contemporary decor, low lighting and well chosen background music. Food was excellent.

9.5/10The food was fantastic. All but one of the servers was extremely attentive, catered to our needs, recommended items on the menu and ultimately made us feel welcomed, special and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend. I’ve been to the one in Singapore and Paris may have just won my heart xx

10/10Excellent meal, highly recommend! We did the "greatest hits" menu and everything was delicious. What creativity and presentation skills! Service was excellent, attentive but not hovering. There was even a DJ who set the perfect vibe for the night. Everything was perfect. Definitely worth the visit and the splurge.

10/10Went for anniversary dinner and received the most amazing service I’ve ever had and the food was wonderful. We ordered some type of Crab roll, beef fried rice, and grilled salmon. I don’t think I’ve ever been more satisfied from a dining experience. 10/10

9/10Our first night in town we had dinner here. It was so good I insisted on coming back for lunch on our last day. Lunch was good but that first dinner was GREAT. Would absolutely return, preferably for dinner! Highly recommend the Perfect storm roll.

9.5/10Big, brash and lively(Saturday night loud music)this is a restaurant to recommend. The food is delectable and creative though rather pricey. I was a bit shocked at the expensive wine list-really too high. We had an excellent pouilly fumė which set us back 130 euros-on the net it sells for 20!

10/10Really one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The flavours were sublime, the presentation flawless and the staff ( Mary in particular) were outstanding. We just had lunch but definitely will go back for a dinner

7.5/10The food is good , not exceptional as at Matsuhisa, the service is friendly ans as everywhere today, not always properly trained . The sushis are uneven, very good Unami, terrible salmon . The ambiance is heavy , oppressive and the tables are very close to each other …..how about the Covid “ rules “ .

10/10Akira Back is the best dining experience I have enjoyed in a very long time. The food was both original and delicious. For aficionados of Japanese food, the ability to depart from long-established traditions without losing the essence is a triumph of the chef. The meal was enhanced by a young, eager and knowledgeable staff, ever ready to recommend and explain. It seemed that they were genuinely interested to know how we were enjoying our meal. The sake list was impressive not only for the quality of the selection, but for the reasonableness of the price range. Everything was enhanced by the ambiance of the room. Beautiful to see, comforting to enjoy such a wonderful dinner it definitely was an important element of a perfect evening. Finally, I hate to have to listen to music during my meal. Generally, it interferes with the conversation and detracts from the dining experience. However, the DJ had to sensibility to keep the volume to an acceptable level and it was another pleasing element to an absolutely enjoyable evening.
