We ordered the fish (torsk) and the deer (hjort) with Toast Skagen. Wonderful food. Really big selection of bottled beer. I think that they should offer a broader selection of craft beer on tap.

I highly recommend their mussels with Roquefort and bacon which are my go-to here. Service is excellent though it can understandably be a bit slow at high volume hours. If you’re hearing impaired ask to be seated in the somewhat separate area with windows toward the corner where the noise level is much lower. Besides their amazing selection of Belgian beers they also have great IPAs and lagers on tap and in bottles if that’s more your thing.

Elmer, our server, was incredible. His extensive knowledge of beer made the experience memorable. We even learned that a Cicerone is the beer expert equivalent of a sommelier. Food and drinks were superb.

The beer selection and bar staff get 5 stars. Great place to go for a craft beer. On this visit I was disappointed by the food and food servers. The mussels were tiny, the size of raisins, and I wish the server had warned us so we could have gotten something else. The taste however was good. I feel like we were forgotten by the wait staff several times. We wandered around to find what we needed ourselves. I have had a better experience previously.
