A wonderful experience of excellent food beautifully and creatively prepared with a view to die for over the Valley of the Temples. Also a well chosen wine list with many Sicilian wines at good prices.

View from the outdoor Terrance is stunning. The food matched the service. Pasta in almond pesto was delicious. Mullet fish dish was very good. Very nice wine by the glass.

The food was completely exquisite. Particularly noteworthy was the chef’s selection of raw seafood, which left me almost breathless. The view over the valley, with the Concordia temple and Heracles both clearly visible as the shadows lengthened and they were lot up, was uniquely remarkable. And - notwithstanding some earlier reviews - I found the quality and kindness of all the staff to be outstanding.

This restaurant had indeed a beautiful view on the valley of the temples and included a sunset. The place was very modern, sophisticated and well decorated. The waiters were professional, caring and polite. The food was excellent with some creativity and originality. The atmosphere was quiet , and we enjoyed this family dinner

The views from this restaurant are amazing and we had a table at the edge. Phenomenal view of the Valley of the Temples. We had the tasting menu with recommended wines and were most satisfied with the range and quality of the food. We struggled a little with the lack of hard copy English menu - I don’t have a qr code reader, but the service was attentive.
