What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

We sat outside as it was a beautiful evening. We were given a paper tablecloth. Food arrived but we had no cutlery. Then cutlery followed but no napkin. Asked for bread which never arrived. Started to wonder what service charge was for. Wife’s eggplant parma arrived looked good but my wife complained to me that it was not hot. My veal meatballs arrived hot, but arrived with a selection of cold vegetables which made no sense to me. With drinks bill was around 47 euros and not enjoyed. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Charming little place in the heart of a lovely city. The food almost home made food is traditional, fresh, and essentially local. The young staff guides you through the menu and wine list, and makes a real difference in the quality of the experience.
