We really like Al Callarello. The Tonarelli Cacio e Pepe is the best. And we recently only recently discovered their special Crème Brûlée with the citrus twist.

Very quaint neighborhood restaurant. We had very fresh fish dishes. The service was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. It is a few minutes walk from the Terme di Caracalla so it is very conveniently located!

I have been going to Al Callarello for 37 years and it never disappoints! Eating out on the terrace in the quiet San Saba neighborhood on a summer night is particularly delightful!

One of our favorite restaurants in Rome. A solid menu with specialties in fish and meat dishes. Pizza is A+ too. It is slow, but warm and welcoming. Just sit back and relax, and enjoy your meal and time with friends and family.

Even though it was in my neighborhood, i was not aware of this cosy family restaurant. Reasonable prices, calm atmosphere. Andrea, the owner, is top!!👌🏻

The full bill was 49.50 EUR and I just realized after paying (and having left the restaurant) that I was only given 1.50 EUR discount instead of applying 20% off food. I think you need to call their attention to this as in the end it does not make sense to "advertise" 20% off when it is not correctly applied by the participating restaurant... Quite deceiving actually.

You do need to ask to not all bring your courses at the same time. The staff does not time your food.

I love Al Callarello. It never disappoints. Their Cacio e Pepe is the best. Don't miss their lemon sorbet. The pizza from their oven is delicious Service is very friendly.

This is an EXCELLENET Italian restaurant with FANTASTIC SERVICE, GREAT FOOD and an AMAZING ATMOSPHERE.???? I went with my wife and my parents and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, WHAT A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!???? We rate it 10 OUT OF 10 and give this restaurant 2 thumbs up???????? Guarenteed to have a LOVELY, TASTY MEAL;)))???? WE LOVE EATALY!❤

This is a great restaurant! Highly recommended. Great food and great service at excellent prices. Very conveniently located as well. Try it out. Not to be missed is their cacio e pepe tonnarelli and excellent homemade lemon sorbet.

The wait for our dishes was extremely long (over an hour from being seated to actually receiving the mains). Prices are very reasonable however, and the food was very good.

Food was very good as always but no 20% discount was offered. I didn't ask; I was just hoping they would have a record of it. However I still recommend the restaurant.

This lovely family-run establishment continues to serve excellent food in a lovely ambiance. We ate outside and it was indeed a pleasant lunch, filled with good quality food. Definitely will go there again !

Very nice atmosphere, coupled with a great service. Food quality was very good, though this time the portions were a little less than usual. For me, it’s one of the best restaurants in Rome. I’m a regular customer and the kids love it.

I have been going there over the last years. Never disappoints and a real gem. My all time favorites are th grilled calamari and seafood pasta (pasta also scoglio). Also excellent antipasto bar and focaccia,

Delicious food, excellent cuisine, rapid and efficient service. Plenty of parking space and close to metro if you are using public transportation. A very pleasant lunch!
