10/10I am so grateful that I found this restaurant. We went here for our 25th anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! It is a small, family run restaurant. They don’t speak English, but the owner uses her phone to translate. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met, as is her daughter. Her husband is the chef. We found out afterward that he also hunts during the day! They have incredible, authentic food! The atmosphere is enchanting. I really hope to return some day. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

9/10Restaurant was not much to look at, but the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Probably the best pasta I have ever had (truffle ravioli). Parking was hard to find a spot but defiantly worth it!!

10/10year after year we go to AlFosso Real and we are always pleasantly surprised by the kindness with which the delicious dishes are served. If we return to Livorno next year, we will of course go back because this is a must!

6/10Appreciate the gluten free special menu. However the fish entree price (10 €) is too expensive when compared to quality and quantity. Good homemade pasta but taste of the gamberi scampi disgph not particularly attractive.

9.5/10I can’t begin to describe how pleased we were with our experience here. The service was warm and friendly; offering great suggestions and recommendations, as well as simply just conversing with us about our trip so far. The food and house wine was superb and the homemade dessert (the coca cheesecake) was hands down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re stopping in Livorno, this cute little restaurant is a must stop!

6/10Very nice people were serving food in the restaurant but my general experience was moderate. Food was avarage, acceptable frutti do mare but significantly to fat steaks (we had to leave more than 40% of portion). Very short drink/wine list but white wine vermentino we sellected (Il Saxofonista) was very good. Terrible parking problems around (what is not restaurant's fault!)

10/10The food was excellent, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. It was also great value for money, especially with the €20 special menu. Service was great and the restaurant was lovely. I would go back again without hesitation.
