One member of staff openly commented in Italian to his colleague that the sooner we were served, the sooner we would leave, assuming we didn’t understand. This attitude completely ruined the dining experience. Aside from that, the food was excellent and the other staff were professional.

4.5/10Service was awful and rushed. We were given our bill before we had finished and not asked if we wanted desserts or coffee. The waiter spent the entire time flirting with a table of girls next to us and then added on a compulsory service charge. The bread was hard and tasted old. Portions were small and basic. I would not recommend at all

2/10I booked a table for 2. Got there at the right time. The owner was rude and told me I had to wait in line like the other people. Then whats the point of having a reservation and having your restaurant in the fork app? I lost the mood to eat there. didnt like the vibe so I went to another place which was actually pretty nice and people were not rude.

2/10If there were fewer stars to give, I would. I had dined here years back and had such an amazing experience that I booked to come again with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We felt pressured to give our order within minutes of sitting down. We ordered an appetizer salad for the table but it arrived after our main dishes. The waiter handed me my plate at an angle and looked at me with an annoyed look when I didn't grab it the first time. He definitely had enough space to place it in front of me. We were not offered a wine menu or a dessert menu and were rather encouraged to just finish and leave. When the check came (without being asked for it) the water had the audacity to mention that tips were not included. It was such an awful experience on one of our last days in Venice. I definitely would not return to this restaurant.

We had a large party so reservations were important for this restaurant. We showed up a bit early and our table was ready, waiting for us. Service was exceptional and quick. Food was flavorful and overall, it was a great experience.

8/10Several dishes ordered, with the Lasagne Bolognese being very good, but tables unanimous the best dish was Short pasta with bacon and arugula. As other reviews state, they bring you one or more things you didn't order, but beware that they also try to include something extra on the bill too. We did not order an appetizer but it was included on the bill. Quite the hassle dealing with that as when questioned the then referred to the free dessert that was not ordered, but they also brought that was not on the bill. Go with the expectations to get something not ordered included, but also possibly having something on the bill you didn't order.

9/10The owner talked with us at our table which was nice, but they had a large party while we were there so food took a while and our server was pulled to that table as well. The food is really good though!

5.5/10The food was pretty good…. The service was quick very fast but as soon as we finished our dinner we ordered coffee and they brought us right away the bill asking if we wanted to order anything else … we felt like they wanted us to eat pay and leave immediately just wanted to get rid of us! Didn’t feel like sitting there chat and enjoy the moment! This was also happening with all the clients around as and there were not other people waiting!

6.5/10This is a very cute place but they were weirdly playing pop/club music really loudly. It detracted from the whole experience. The wait staff were efficient but not friendly. I think if the music had been quieter and different we would have been able to enjoy this more.

3/10I looked the restaurant ahead and was fooled by the amount of reviews. We had a reservation and by the time we arrived they didn’t even care, they just seated us next to the catering area. The place was very loud and not suitable for a relaxing dinner. The service was very bad and the waitress/ the manager were very rude. They rush you with ordering and force you to leave in less than 30 min pf arriving. 100% Wouldn’t recommend.

8/10The food was excellent . I had grilled seafood for starter which was very good - good flavour and a good range of seafood . My husband had beef tartare which was well presented and flavoursome . For main we had spaghetti alla vongole and spaghetti with scampi .- both were good portion size and good flavour . The ambience of the restaurant was good - many Italians and locals - a good sign of a good place to eat . The service was fast - too fast for some ! The waiter was quick to tidy away plates as soon as you had finished ! Our entire meal took about 40 minutes !!!! In all a nice restaurant, excellent food great if you are in a hurry !!!!!

6/10We were seated promptly but in a small table with another couple.we were not greeted warmly but rather rudely. The waiter wanted our order right away but I wanted a wine list. The food was good but I did not feel welcome

8.5/10This was our second time visiting. The first time was 2016. Our server seemed annoyed with us, but our other servers were actually quite kind. We met the owner, who was absolutely brilliant. Truly kind and gracious and super generous!

5/10Central location in San Marco district. Large restaurant catering largely for tourists employing menu with pictures, in-house accordian and singers to serenade the customers. Water placed on table without asking and then billed for. Food is average at best with additional 'on-the-house' extra like bread and desserts. Overall quite expensive for what you get and not of good quality. Ultimately the (free) extras are hidden with the costs of mains and drinks. Didn't return. Many alternatives.

5/10Felt very rushed to eat the food. Plate removed within seconds of finishing and even when we hadn’t finished!!!! Felt very under pressure. There was only 2 others in the restaurant but they must of overbooked after us so wanted us out.

2/10The staff were rude & attempted to rush us to order less than 5 minutes of sitting, than told us there are people waiting for tables (which there were not ). We walked out. Very rude staff. Would definitely not recommend going if you’re looking for an enjoyable experience.

Service was absolutely horrible!!!! i asked for a glass of white wine whhen we ordered. 20 minutes later we got our food and i had to flag down the waiter to remind him about the wine. I had to ask 3 times for cheese for my son's pasta. My husband was still eating his meal when one waitress brought us the desert menu and another brought us our bill within seconds of each other. So we didn't even get a chance to order desert. I've never seen a restaurant rush people out so fast!!! I would not recommend this place!!!
