Overall, the food was good. The service was just ok, perhaps they were a bit off because it was Easter Sunday. This restaurant space is huge; it seems like it's 3-4 separate restaurant spaces. The room we were seated in was nice, but there was no vibe. Our food arrived quickly, in less than 15 minutes, but we received our mains first, then our appetizer, following the mains. We requested butter with our bread but it arrived after our meals were completed. The whole seating and completion of dinner took less than an hour. I've read that meals are meant to be slow and enjoyed, sometimes a two-hour-plus experience. We did not experience that. If you want a quick/good meal with great variety of options and family-friendly, this is the place for you.

We ordered salad as first coarse and two main coarses. Everything was served together. We protested, so they took the main coarse and served them later, We think it was the same plates after reheating. The taste of the food was nothing to be proud of. They also charged us with 12% service charge. To our question they insisted and said that is a mandatory charge for the boss. We shall not visit this restaurant again.

Delicious food and Excellent service the atmosphere was really great. We also had 2 gentlemen singing and playing the accordion for us fun which added to the experience.

It was lunch on Christmas Day and as such the price was reasonable for Christmas Day but it was expensive and frankly not worth it. First the food was just okay nothing wrong with it but nothing memorable either. Then there was the hidden add ons like bottled water on the table when you arrive which if you open cost a fortune or the bread bowl on the table when you arrive touch it and again a big addition to your bill. When it comes to wine they push hard to upgrade your choice to a more expensive bottle then dresser a waiter shows you a poster advertising a pudding his wife made. The real bad part of the meal was the overall service it’s fast and manic and confusing lots of waiters all serving your table which doesn’t work it was an hour for two course and drinks before we ordered and paying the bill. This approach works when in summer there are thousands of tourists to feed but lunch on Christmas Day it was very disappointing. Very poor experience.

i found price tag too high for the food provided. friendliness of service was far fetched, and at the end the staff suggested tips must be left in cash, eventhough receipt already had a 12% service charge.

Terrible. Service was horrendous. Rude staff, slamming drinks and plates down. Felt rushed and unwelcome. Food pretty good. Loud rap music with bad language throughout

Food was very yummy and plentiful. However, the service was not great! We were rushed from beginning to end like they couldn’t wait for us to eat and leave. I told them I couldn’t eat dairy yet they brought my salad with cheese on it, they took our plates away the minute we put our knives and forks down and gave us no break in between starters and main course. I appreciate these on their own sound a bit silly but when you e been walking around all day and just want to have a nice relaxed meal this wasn’t it. Real shame as food was actually very good.

Our waiter abruptly left mid-order, forcing us to practically yell for him to return and finish our meal. We were compelled to order our antipasti, primo, and secondo together, and they arrived in about 10 minutes. The polenta with my scallopini developed a skin and almost turned gelatinous within minutes. The food was subpar, and we regretted our decision to dine here immediately after ordering. The house white wine was decent, though. Avoid this place at all costs.

One member of staff openly commented in Italian to his colleague that the sooner we were served, the sooner we would leave, assuming we didn’t understand. This attitude completely ruined the dining experience. Aside from that, the food was excellent and the other staff were professional.

Service was awful and rushed. We were given our bill before we had finished and not asked if we wanted desserts or coffee. The waiter spent the entire time flirting with a table of girls next to us and then added on a compulsory service charge. The bread was hard and tasted old. Portions were small and basic. I would not recommend at all

I booked a table for 2. Got there at the right time. The owner was rude and told me I had to wait in line like the other people. Then whats the point of having a reservation and having your restaurant in the fork app? I lost the mood to eat there. didnt like the vibe so I went to another place which was actually pretty nice and people were not rude.

If there were fewer stars to give, I would. I had dined here years back and had such an amazing experience that I booked to come again with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We felt pressured to give our order within minutes of sitting down. We ordered an appetizer salad for the table but it arrived after our main dishes. The waiter handed me my plate at an angle and looked at me with an annoyed look when I didn't grab it the first time. He definitely had enough space to place it in front of me. We were not offered a wine menu or a dessert menu and were rather encouraged to just finish and leave. When the check came (without being asked for it) the water had the audacity to mention that tips were not included. It was such an awful experience on one of our last days in Venice. I definitely would not return to this restaurant.

We had a large party so reservations were important for this restaurant. We showed up a bit early and our table was ready, waiting for us. Service was exceptional and quick. Food was flavorful and overall, it was a great experience.

We visited this restaurant every year when we take our trip to Venice. I literally book it 4 months out, it’s that good. Looking forward to being back next year!
