10/10Great service. Good was delicious. My husband had minestrone- excellent, then he had mussels- loved them - wished for more garlic, then chicken Marsala with a side order of caponata- the BESTwe have ever had. I had the ravioli with pistachio cream- different and amazing. House wine- rosso- excellent

8.5/10We really enjoyed the food - the vegan pasta of the day was especially good. We liked sitting upstairs on the terrace. It was very busy when we arrived and the service suffered a little - not getting our wine until well after our food had arrived.

9/10Been to Al Giardino tonight, and have to say, the food was excellent, the equal or better than many of the other restaurants in town. We’ve been to Taormina 5 times and so have sampled many. The reception, seating and initial attentions were great. The starter, fried ricotta and honey, and the mains were fantastic! However, following that, we appeared forgotten! We were left for 45 minutes with no dessert enquiry. When we eventually attracted some attention, we ordered. 15 minutes later, nothing arrived. We requested the bill, which took another 8-10 minutes. We were there nearly two hours, had two excellent courses, and paid 75 euros. Previous evening, we paid 78 euros elsewhere, had three courses, and were done in just over an hour. Food and wine were special, the rest…..hmmmmmm!

6/10We had to move tables because of a strong odor of frying oil. The first two bottles of water were flat. I asked for a real brand of bottled water and all they had was one that I think is just tap water and they add bubbles. Food was very good but it killed the dinner experience.

6.5/10The service was great and the restaurant looked lovely but the food was just very mediocre compared to the other food we have had here. The lobster pasta tasted off and the meaty macaroni was similar to something you could easily get on the UK.

10/10We had 4 days in Sicily and stayed around the Catania area. This was absolutely the best meal we had. There were ZERO disappointments. The staff was so kind and the food was literally drool worthy, so much so that one savage in our party licked every ounce of sauce from the pasta bowl. BONUS the gluten free meal was equally delicious. We would go back any and every day!

8/10The place was packed. 3 people serving. The main waiter, a man maybe in his late 50s and a lady were very nice. Later came a younger man who was just rude and arrogant! Really a pitty. He was the last interaction and gave it a negative last impression.

8.5/10Cozy restaurant, not touristy. Very helpful waiter, knows English. Had carpaccio, pasta with shrimp, which were tiny. Breaded veal cutlet. Tiramisu was excellent. Very good value. Would recommend.

10/10Excellent dinner. My husband and I dined on the rooftop terrace and it was lovely. We shared a bottle of the house wine which we enjoyed. We also shared the primi of ravioli with parmesean sauce and pistachios. Our secondi was swordfish with capers, olives, and cherry tomatoes. Three small pistachio cannoli was our shared dessert. Service was great and good the best of our stay so far! Great value.
