My sisters and I enjoyed our meals and desserts. The fried ricotta balls were our favorite. We highly recommend coming here as it was one of our best meals in Taormina! Toto especially made our dining experience so special! Chef Carmello added his touch to all we ordered.

Service is great here! One of the waiter’s Toto is especially great and knows how to make great conversation. Food is pretty good, but a bit simple/on the pricier side for what we got (swordfish dish and chicken marsala). The tiramisu dessert however is amazing!

The restaurant was easy to find and was a typical sicilian establishment, offering a good selection of classics, pastas and seafood. Service was efficient and pleasant, my swordfish pasta was lovely, however my white fish in lemon and caper sauce was quite heavily over-seasoned and very salty. The fish cookery was still nice and it wasn’t entirely unpleasant. The house white wine was perfectly pleasant and was an overall nice experience.

10/10It was very good food; nicely prepared and good house wine. Busy on a rainy Thursday evening. Portions were shared and very excellent tiramisu for dessert. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

10/10Fantastic food. Homemade pasta was delish!! Wine recommendation was spot on. We were all too full but Toto convinced us to get the cannoli. Was so good I wanted to take some to go. Will come back for more cannolis tomorrow. He even sang a little opera with our friend tonite. Do not miss this place!!

8.5/10We ate there because it was outside of the tourist trap maze in Taormina, and when we passed by one night at 9:00 it was filled with what appeared to be locals (or at least knowledgeable Italian tourists). Service was personalized and attentive. Bean soup with seafood was one of the best things I ate in Sicily. Otherwise swordfish overcooked and plain, side dishes mediocre. Nice wine, with assistance in the selection. I’d go back and give it another chance, I bet there’s some more good stuff on the menu.

10/10Tucked away from the heavy foot traffic of the city center is Al Giardino. Our server was attentive without being a distraction. The portions were perfectly sized and seasoned. The overall experience was a perfect vacation dining experience.
