Omg the best mussels I've ever eaten. My second was just as phenomenal the Swordfish aLevante. People there were extremely nice and gave recommendations based on what you ask. This is a must dining experience.

Found this place our last night on the island. Great meal, pretty view sitting outside overlooking the "fort" and outside parameter wall of the island. Candidly - it was in the opposite direction of most other restaurants - glad we ventured this way. I had the whole octopus - might sounds gross to some. But perfectly cooked, tender , and tasty- you would never find a meal like this in the States. One of the cheaper dinners we had on the island - but certainly one of the best. Wife really enjoyed her meal as well. Really wished we would have eaten here earlier in our stay - we would have come back again. We have eaten seafood for 9 straight days in Positano and Ortigia - this was a very pleasant experience and awesome value for the meal and experience you get. Nicely done. I do not give 10 rating reviews lightly - but you guys earned it. Awesome job.

We had an amazing lunch celebrating a special birthday with friends and family. Exceptional food and service in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We loved this place, our favourite eating experience in Ortigia, you must try it!

The visit with the owner at the end of the meal was icing on the cake! He is a sweet and personable man, interested in us and our part of the world. The meal itself was delicious - mussels were sweet and smoked swordfish very different than anything we’ve had in Italy. Left with a great impression.

We arrived early. They told us to pick any table and pointed to the best table. The owner came and took our order. My wife was undecided on what to get. The owner said, I get this dish 6 nights a week. It was the pasta with mussels and I ordered the Sea Bass. Both were amazing. The staff was attentive but not over bearing. We sat next to 2 couples one from NJ and one from Northern Ireland. We talked our entire time during dinner. It was one of our best dining experiences. BTW.. Every table was filled. A must with in Ortigia!

This place was great, the service was exceptional we were greeted with a smile, they were patient with us and although we were the last party on the restaurant we did not felt pressured to leave. The food was excellent, everything we had seem innovative but flavors were familiar and delicious, the crudo was fresh and delicate, very tasty! Best place we ate in our stay in Siracusa!

Excellent creative menu of Sicilian classics in a quiet piazza in Ortigia. The servers were first class, efficient, and very friendly. The caponatas were standouts among the antipasti and the seafood carbonara was another interesting variant on a traditional dish. One member of our party really appreciated the fine vegetarian and vegan offerings on the menu. A truly excellent experience. We will gladly return.

This is an amazing place to dine. The food is simply delicious and the service outstanding. We were 7 adults including picky eaters and each one of us enjoyed tremendously the range of apetizers, primi and secundo piatti without exception. The plates were beautifully presented, delicious and served with a smile and a lot of efforts to explain everything to us. The location is just amazing but really not as amazing as the people who served us. They went out of their way REALLY to help us on the side with our car which was towed, called for us, navigated the systmen and the owner even drove my husband to retrieve it so that we could get it the same night. All of this out of their good heart and kindness. I highly recommend this place. This is a must in Sicily for the location, the food and outstanding service.

The pasta I got was way too salty. I couldn’t eat it. It was a big disappointment as we had our Christmas Eve dinner there. The waiter was nice but I wish I hadn’t got the most expensive pasta on the menu as I didn’t touch it after the first two bites.

Excellent food; fast and friendly service. The place was quiet when we arrived (19.30) but soon almost full - with lots of Italians and some tourists. It felt authentic. Fab location by the sea too.

A delightful place with a relaxed vibe, jazz playing softly in the background, delicious food great Sicilian wines with a beautiful view. What more could you want? Service was great too! Highly recommend.
