4/10The most shamefully badly prepared lobster we have ever encountered, aside from an isolated incident in Jaipur India years ago.

10/10What can one say? There is no way that you can name 10 better restaurants in Puglia. In fact, on our 3 week trip in Puglia, Alkimia Restaurant rates in the top 5, maybe 4. The ambience, the service, the selection and quality of food is top drawer. From our window table we watched the people and traffic going by as we listened to some way too cool music. You need to eat here! Well done everyone!

4/10It was clear that we were not treated like regular customers because of the discount the Fork offered. However the place was empty and without the Fork we would have not gone . Expensive for what it was but i understand they took out of food and service the 30% discount We do enjoy good restaurants and are willing to pay but yesterday the place was not up to the expectations

10/10Excellent service, excellent food and great atmosphere! Can recommend the smoky salmon tartar and the fusilli alla genovese ! Their interpretation of the Tiramisus wasn’t great unfortunately, could not finish it.
