10/10My husband is a huge meat eater. He and I loved our meal!! Absolutely delicious! Very reasonably priced (we are from NYC so it’s relative). Restaurant was clean, warm and welcoming! Our waiter Lorenzo was kind, patient with our questions (he spoke English) and funny too! Highly recommend!

9.5/10Over the years we've eaten at a number of the Florentine steakhouses. Many of them are quite good. None is better than Alla Griglia. Our steak was cooked to perfection and served with panache. The side salad was prosaic but the antipasti and primi were fantastic. Our waiter was knowlegable about the wines on their list and very helpful. Beyond wishing they had al fresco seating there is nothing I would change. Very highly recommended!

10/10Alla Griglia is an incredible restaurant where you can eat a very good "Fiorentina" steack. The people there are very kind. You pay what you get! Maximum quality!

10/10This is my third or fourth visit! It is an amazing experience for steak lovers. My advice - order the Florentine steak paired with a Chianti wine. Trust how the chef prepares the steak and have an amazing time! It is a bit pricey- but 100% worth it. This is THE spot for the famous Florentine steak. A big thank you to Alla Griglia for reading the comments in my reservation and bringing out candles for the birthdays we were celebrating! Until next time! Grazie.

8.5/10Like the excellent location from Hotel Paris where we stayed, just right across. The dishes we ordered are all very good: meat tartare with truffle, lasagna and beef with mushrooms The steak was delicious and tender. Service very accommodating and let us shared the dishes between me & my husband, We are light drinkers and the red wine by the glass recommended by our waiter went really well with our dinner. Just wish bread served was served with olive oil & balsamic vinegar. .

9/10My husband wanted to try a Florentine steak for his birthday while we were in Florence visiting from Canada. Unfortunately, it can only be ordered for 2 people and since I like my steak cooked and he likes his rare, he had to order the T-bone. He still enjoyed his steak and the experience.

10/10Really good food, excellent service. This was the Italian dining experience we have been looking for. The server took his time with the courses and it made for a fantastic experience. We had a 6 course meal and it couldn't have been better.

9.5/10This restaurant was an amazing find. Very close to the Santa Maria Square which is where our hotel was, so it was just a short walk. The waiter was very helpful in providing recommendations for wine and was patient with our questions about the food. We shared a delicious bottle of red wine, had pasta with wild boar as a starter and ended with our own steaks. Pasta was incredible! The steak was prepared perfectly and had excellent flavor. We even bought a bottle of wine to take home. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. We loved it!!

10/10the service was great as well as the food. we got the traditional tuscan meat and it was superb. they cut the steak in front of you and set the creme brulee on fire . a great experience.

10/10We only had one night in Florence and wanted to try the famous steak and we were not disappointed! Lovely restaurant who cut the meat and caramelised the creme brûlée in front of us, could not fault our meal!

10/10The T-bone steak was incredible. The waiter recommended raw which isn’t what we usually do with t-bone but super glad we did. It complemented the meat perfectly.

2/10The restaurant interior is pleasant, the food is not. We had a truffle pasta as starter and bistecca Fiorentina as seconds. Pasta was tasteless, the steak was badly cooked and not eatable. I would never go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
