6/10Waiter brought us a more expensive wine than what we ordered and i felt it was on purpose. Maybe it was an honest mistake but it wasn’t even the type of wine we ordered. He did make it right but i feel as a tourist that the restaurant was seeing what they could get away with. It was the 3rd night in a row at 3 different restaurants that I felt this way. Lesson-scrutinize your bill carefully before paying.

8/10Lovely location and prices absolutely affordable. The service was awesome, the waiters were extremely polite. The part that could be improved is the menu, from an Italian point of view: some dishes taste too much international, without the “Tuscanian usual touch”. Overall, a very good experience. I will come back for sure

5/10Very nice ambience looking over the roofs and looking at the sights of the dome and other landmarks. But the food was nothing to write home about - no taste worth remembering, To pricey for no reason. The service was very sub par for the price you pay. In short, this was one of the restaurants that pretends to be nice by charging high.

9.5/10The food was absolutely amazing as was the service. It was filling, perfectly cooked and seasoned and I only wish I could eat it in the UK. Our only small niggle was that the windows were quite high compared to the tables so we couldn’t quite see the views. Other than that it was completely perfect and we both loved our visit.

10/10We picked this restaurant because it said it had a view and we were NOT disappointed. A beautiful view of the duomo and watching the daylight fade into darkness was magical. The service and food were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

4/10The view is beautiful, but the cuisine is lacking. The fact that our order was served shortly thereafter indicates that it had been prepared and heated. In addition, they do not have a summer menu; they only serve winter Tuscan dishes, which makes it extremely difficult to make a selection especially during the humid summer evenings. Overall, the interior is extremely unrefined; they need to raise the bar.

9/10Located in a hotel building, above a busy urban shopping area, lots of shops to explore before dinner. The restaurant served excellent food in a quiet rooftop setting, be sure to bring sunglasses prior to sunset!! Special (pork cheeks) was outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant. Grazie!!

5/10Staff very pleasant and efficient but venue on the top of a hotel is very faded and the food no better than a 4/10. The main hook is meant to be the view but the height of the balcony wall means it is mainly lost and with the awnings are drawn it felt like we were eating in someones greenhouse.

10/10Beautiful view of the Duomo dome and the piazza vecchio. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. I imagine in the warmer months when the ceiling and wind screens are gone the view would be spectacular.

10/10Lovely view and very friendly staff. Food was good - if anything portions were too large! Quite quiet as not obvious from street level and we ate early evening. Overall very good value.

9.5/10Beautiful view of the city of Florence. Delicious food. We loved the Tagliatelle di fungi and the pork cheeks. We also loved the house red wine. Made particularly for the hotel/restaurant. I wish we could go a second night!

8/10We made a reservation for dinner and requested a table with a view. The dining room was indeed an enclosed terrace on the roof of the hotel. If you stood up, you had a view of the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio. Unfortunately, seated there was no view except for a rather non-descript room with zero ambience. Leandro, our server, was a little on the pretentious side. Our compliments to the chef – the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Zuppa Fiorentina (a pureed vegetable soup), Pappardelle Cinghiale (homemade pappardelle with wild boar sauce) and the Stufato Sangiovannes (Sangiovese stew with roasted potatoes). My husband liked his dessert - the Tortino Cioccolato (chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream).

5.5/10We arrived a bit late because we couldn’t find the place - nothing in the Fork or on the restaurant site and no sign anywhere to let us know it was on the 6th floor of a hotel by another name. The place is beautiful in the pictures - all dressed up and invitingly fresh, but in reality, it was a bit shabby and we were seated at a table near a freight elevator in an area lit by an nothing but an old fluorescent ceiling light fixture, stark and cold. The menu was odd and the entrees bland. The bar botched our martinis- they were all vermouth, couldn’t taste gin at all… the server kindly removed them from our bill, noticing them untouched on our table, very kind. All in all, disappointing… the view was sadly, the only positive… meh.

10/10OMG ! Slightly expensive for my liking but as one would expect the food is worth paying for! We were greeted by the staff and offered a free glass of Prosecco! The service was outstanding and it was my first time to try fresh italien pasta that was originally created in Florence! Nothing disappointing here! Most of reviews mention the view! These reviews are true but the food so good that the view is forgotten! Recommend any of fresh pasta dishes especially the wild boar ragout tagliatelle! You can see the view before and after but trust you’ll not look out of window while eating! Great service , friendly staff and highly skilled and friendly chef! OUTSTANDING

10/10I booked this restaurant as a surprise dinner for my friends and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff super welcoming and kind and the view just takes your breath away. If you plan to visit Florence, this restaurant deserves to be on your list. ????

5.5/10The location and views from the restaurant are superb as it is a rooftop restaurant. It feels slightly dated. Very small menu with no changes possible. 3 of our party’s main course pasta dishes came with almost no sauce and took ages to replace. They gave us a 60 euro discount for this and the fact that the beer was very bad due to barrel change but when we paid they claimed we were 40 euro short which was completely untrue as we had all checked very carefully how much cash we put in as we had been subject to a similar scam earlier that day. Wine was fairly good and waiting staff sweet, if a little scruffy.

6/10We thought this would have proper views over the Ponte Vecchio but it doesn't really. You can just about see the top of it from your table. The service was a little haphazard given that we were the only ones in the restaurant at 7pm (our elderly parents like to eat early). We had only just been given balsamic and olive oil to go with the bread when our mains arrived. Overall, ok but wouldn't be rushing back there. Felt too much like a hotel restaurant lacking in atmosphere.

8/10The restaurant was very nice and the ambiance was exactly what I expected. The view was beautiful and set an elegant mood. There was only one server so it took 10mins after our reservation time to be seated and than another 20 mins after being seated, before she arrived at the table to ask for our order. The appetizer was very good and the main dishes were good...the stewed beef was a little salty, but all in all good.
