+1I’m still thinking about the incredible 3.5-hour lunch I had at Restaurant Alliance last week. We sat right by the window—honestly the best seat in the house—which made the whole experience feel so special. The food was phenomenal. The delicate amuse-bouches were the perfect start, and I was blown away by the intricately plated appetizers and the perfectly executed main course. We ended on a high note with a series of decadent desserts that were as beautiful as they were delicious. What really made the afternoon, though, was the service. It was top-notch and professional, but also so warm and personable—not stuffy at all. If you want a long, lazy lunch in Paris where every detail is spot on, this is the place. I enjoyed every single second!

My sister and I had a fantastic time at lunch here! We chose the 4 courses with a bonus cheese trolley tasting and each plate was a beautiful and delicious adventure. The staff were courteous and warm and perfectly knowledgeable about each dish. The service was impeccable and they were able to accommodate my sister's vegetarian diet with ease. Also, when my sister and I declined the wine, they immediately suggested non-alcoholic tea and juice pairings which were all so fun to try. All in all, a wonderful meal. Thanks to Alliance and all the lovely staff that helped to make this experience special and fun!

Alliance is one of those special restaurants where the food is delicious and creative. The service is professional and very friendly. Lunch is a bargain! We go to Paris twice a year and we will go to Alliance every time!

All of the dishes were incredibly delicious. It was my first time having a French course meal, so it might have been helpful to know in advance how many dishes would be served. It was a four-course menu, but just when I thought it was finished, another dish arrived, so it felt like we ended up eating more than expected. Our family doesn’t speak much English. The English spoken to us was a bit fast and hard to catch at times, and it would have been nicer if it had been a little slower—but we should have mentioned that ourselves.

+1We had an incredible experience at Alliance! The service was excellent and the food was somehow even better. We were celebrating my birthday, and the staff truly made it feel special from the moment we arrived. My fiancé has a severe allergy, and the team went above and beyond to take special precautions — they adjusted the menu seamlessly without sacrificing any flavors or presentation. It’s rare to find a restaurant that handles allergies with such care and confidence. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit quickly toward the end because my fiancé may have been exposed to something in the air, but even with the abrupt exit, we were blown away by the entire experience. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Paris — highly recommend!

Made a reservation for 1 on Monday October 6 and had the most amazing experience. Shawn leads a wonderful team who are attentive and provide a welcoming environment. Definitely recommend booking in advance. I had an allergy and the team was so accommodating. I ordered the 5 course tasting menu, but of course there were so many additional dishes, it was incredible. I left feeling incredibly full and enjoyed my experience with Alliance. Highly recommend!

The service was warm, fun and highly attentive. The food was classic French haute cuisine and each dish was a little journey of flavour with several standout dishes. The endless bread and butter and plentiful wine made sure I was completely satiated. Overall. it had all the ingredients of a memorable evening!
