10/10One of the ten best meals of my lifetime (over 80 years). The various dishes were breathtakingly lovely to look at and just as good in the tasting. Most important, was the sertvie--helpful, freindly as idfthe restairant REALLY cared about each and every dinner guest. Expensive, yes, but absolutley worht it in every aspect.

10/10An experience to repeat. Starting with the staff, all staff was 110% professional and charismatic, the food is on an excellence level, an amazing wine list that combine perfectly with all the dishes. Decoration and environment on point. Nothing bad to say. Perfect is my definition for Alliance.

10/10This is by far the best restauraunt I've had the pleasure of dining at in Paris. It's my second time there and it was consistently exceptional. The chef and team deliver delicate, beautiful and delicious plates. The wine selections are excellent and presented by a charming sommelier, the co-proprietor perhaps. Excellent staff who present as a flawless team with impeccable timing and movement My favorite dining experience in Paris without question.

10/10This was my favorite dining experience when visiting Paris recently. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The marriage between the two made the evening so special. I will certainly be back when we visit again from California. 10/10!

10/10Food was incredible. All the serving staff were very friendly, professional, yet also personable. You could tell they all enjoyed what they did and had fun with it. We did the Resonance menu and it was spectacular. We had our server pick us some glasses of red wine for our meals and they were great. Would heavily recommend to everyone!

10/10The experience was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special experience. The food and wine were exceptional, the service was exceptional. We felt very welcomed as Americans with little experience with conversational French. All other customers were French. You will be very pleased with this investment on Rue de Poissy

10/10Food was great, ordered the Harmony meal. Sometimes a dish can be a little off, but the surprise is fun. Specifically, this time a passion fruit and asparagus dish's timing didn't seem to fit but had little negative impact. There also seemed to be a new server, little nervous but did a good enough job. Anyways the Chicken and Lobster combination really hit it out of the park, excellent choice. The seafood was perfectly salted, although I found a shell in the crab dumplings. Good atmosphere even if you are alone, eavesdropping on the rich and pretentious is kinda fun. Anyways food was like wholesome, balanced, and complete song, transitioning from each plate smoothly.

9/10I ate lunch here on May 30 at noon, booked for 12:30. although I was half an hour late due to traffic, the restaurant still held my place and the waiter was very friendly. The restaurant is small, with only 9 tables, and the plain white setting and tablecloths add to the premium feel. I tried the 4-course lunch for 95 Euros and had a great experience. The amuse bouche was creative and delicious, such as tuna taco and little lobster toast. The first Entrée was oysters, which were fresh and delicious. The sauce wrapped around the outside added to the flavor. The second Entrée seemed to be artichokes wrapped in a mayonnaise-based sauce mix. I didn't get the point of this dish. Because the flavor was too bland. The first main course was sea bass, which was extremely tasty, kind of like steamed Leopard coral grouper. With the sauce it took the flavor up a level. The second main course was the farm chicken, which offered both chicken breasts and thighs, and was great dipped in a white asparagus cream sauce. The green asparagus was grilled to a crisp. Dessert was verbena sorbet with shredded cucumber and strawberry vanilla ice cream, very much to the Asian palate, not too sweet and not too greasy.

10/10Staff were super lovely and the food was amazing! Loved the full tasting menu. Loved the open kitchen atmosphere. Throughly enjoyed the evening with our daughter. We will come back with other two sons when they are little bit older. Thank you for the amazing evening!

10/10Wonderful meal and experience, a steal for the price. One can tell the owners and staff have a true passion for food and wine- unique, thoughtful presentation- the new school of French cuisine vs. traditional. Highly recommend!

5/10Would not recommend, Japanese influence was near non existent. Similar foams used between dishes. Lack of invention. Pretty bland and no noteworthy dishes. Not worthy of a Michelin.

10/10we went for lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was great - best venison I've ever had, interesting creative dishes like crab ravioli with daikon radishes instead of pasta, and very nice touches across all courses. Service was great as well, the waiter spoke perfect English and was able to describe the dishes to us in a very detailed manner in both French and English for our mixed group. would definitely recommend!

10/10Restaurant was very intimate and well lit. The owner and the servers were so friendly! The food was also delicious. They catered to any food allergies or intolerance. Really felt welcomed at this restaurant like I have not felt at many other higher end restaurants.

10/10I chose to spend my 25 birthday with alliance, This was the best experience I’ve had at a Michelin restaurant and I’ve dined at 30+! The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, from the spring roll to the pigeon to the dessert with kiwi ice cream on it, it exceeded my expectations for a menu that is 140€. they sent a very sweet dessert that had “happy birthday Jess” on it! we were even asked if we wanted the restaurant to call us a taxi back to our hotel. It was the best experience and I would love to come back again next time I come to France!

10/10My son and i wanted to try a Michelin starred restaurant and Alliance was truly a wonderful experience. It is very small but has a wonderful ambience. We chose the 140 euro option and I lost count of all the courses! We also chose the wine pairing which was 75 euro per person. We really really loved the restaurant and they made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend Alliance enough as a first dive into a Michelin starred restaurant.
