The food was good with several dishes par excellence (scallops, a mini scallop croque monsieur, a mulled wine sorbet, and a poached pear with Calvados ice cream) - but this is an experience in fine dining where the goal is not to go seeking any particular dish or flavors but rather to be open to eating whatever it is that the restaurant wishes to serve you. We sat immediately adjacent to the view-in kitchen and watched the team operate efficiently and flawlessly throughout the evening. The opportunity to meet and be served by both of the owners was special and added to the experience. We are so happy to have shared this experience in celebration of twenty years of marriage and would enthusiastically recommend Alliance to anyone wishing to experience truly fine dining!

Food was extraordinary! Everything my wife and I ate was inventive, expertly prepared, and utterly delicious. We were with a couple that had a pasta with truffles that was offered at the beginning of the three service lunch meal. We all thought it was part of the meal, but it was an additional 50 euros per person. When we got the bill, we explained our confusion. The restaurant took the charge off the bill and actually apologized to us for the misunderstanding! What service! This may have been the best meal I have ever eaten in Paris, (which is saying a great deal, too). Thank you Alliance.

Generally good dishes but nothing stood out. Everything well cooked but Quail was too undercooked for my tastes. Half of it felt raw, I could just buy a raw bird from butcher. Service and atmosphere was good but disappointed overall.

Honestly the best service and the best food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many 3 star Michelin restaurants. The chef and his partner at the front of house are so totally in sync and have such an inviting attitude about the amazing/innovative food. This is an absolute MUST for any serious foodie visiting Paris. Also they’re awesome with vegetarians.

Wow wow wow, what a fabulous place. This was my third visit, and each time the food has been elegant and intriguing, the service light hearted yet perfect, and the setting soothing, almost zen-like. I could not recommend the restaurant more strongly. It is worth a special trip to seek out.

One of the ten best meals of my lifetime (over 80 years). The various dishes were breathtakingly lovely to look at and just as good in the tasting. Most important, was the sertvie--helpful, freindly as idfthe restairant REALLY cared about each and every dinner guest. Expensive, yes, but absolutley worht it in every aspect.

An experience to repeat. Starting with the staff, all staff was 110% professional and charismatic, the food is on an excellence level, an amazing wine list that combine perfectly with all the dishes. Decoration and environment on point. Nothing bad to say. Perfect is my definition for Alliance.

This is by far the best restauraunt I've had the pleasure of dining at in Paris. It's my second time there and it was consistently exceptional. The chef and team deliver delicate, beautiful and delicious plates. The wine selections are excellent and presented by a charming sommelier, the co-proprietor perhaps. Excellent staff who present as a flawless team with impeccable timing and movement My favorite dining experience in Paris without question.

This was my favorite dining experience when visiting Paris recently. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The marriage between the two made the evening so special. I will certainly be back when we visit again from California. 10/10!

Food was incredible. All the serving staff were very friendly, professional, yet also personable. You could tell they all enjoyed what they did and had fun with it. We did the Resonance menu and it was spectacular. We had our server pick us some glasses of red wine for our meals and they were great. Would heavily recommend to everyone!

The experience was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special experience. The food and wine were exceptional, the service was exceptional. We felt very welcomed as Americans with little experience with conversational French. All other customers were French. You will be very pleased with this investment on Rue de Poissy

Food was great, ordered the Harmony meal. Sometimes a dish can be a little off, but the surprise is fun. Specifically, this time a passion fruit and asparagus dish's timing didn't seem to fit but had little negative impact. There also seemed to be a new server, little nervous but did a good enough job. Anyways the Chicken and Lobster combination really hit it out of the park, excellent choice. The seafood was perfectly salted, although I found a shell in the crab dumplings. Good atmosphere even if you are alone, eavesdropping on the rich and pretentious is kinda fun. Anyways food was like wholesome, balanced, and complete song, transitioning from each plate smoothly.

I ate lunch here on May 30 at noon, booked for 12:30. although I was half an hour late due to traffic, the restaurant still held my place and the waiter was very friendly. The restaurant is small, with only 9 tables, and the plain white setting and tablecloths add to the premium feel. I tried the 4-course lunch for 95 Euros and had a great experience. The amuse bouche was creative and delicious, such as tuna taco and little lobster toast. The first Entrée was oysters, which were fresh and delicious. The sauce wrapped around the outside added to the flavor. The second Entrée seemed to be artichokes wrapped in a mayonnaise-based sauce mix. I didn't get the point of this dish. Because the flavor was too bland. The first main course was sea bass, which was extremely tasty, kind of like steamed Leopard coral grouper. With the sauce it took the flavor up a level. The second main course was the farm chicken, which offered both chicken breasts and thighs, and was great dipped in a white asparagus cream sauce. The green asparagus was grilled to a crisp. Dessert was verbena sorbet with shredded cucumber and strawberry vanilla ice cream, very much to the Asian palate, not too sweet and not too greasy.

Would not recommend, Japanese influence was near non existent. Similar foams used between dishes. Lack of invention. Pretty bland and no noteworthy dishes. Not worthy of a Michelin.

we went for lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was great - best venison I've ever had, interesting creative dishes like crab ravioli with daikon radishes instead of pasta, and very nice touches across all courses. Service was great as well, the waiter spoke perfect English and was able to describe the dishes to us in a very detailed manner in both French and English for our mixed group. would definitely recommend!
