Alliance is one of those special restaurants where the food is delicious and creative. The service is professional and very friendly. Lunch is a bargain! We go to Paris twice a year and we will go to Alliance every time!

All of the dishes were incredibly delicious. It was my first time having a French course meal, so it might have been helpful to know in advance how many dishes would be served. It was a four-course menu, but just when I thought it was finished, another dish arrived, so it felt like we ended up eating more than expected. Our family doesn’t speak much English. The English spoken to us was a bit fast and hard to catch at times, and it would have been nicer if it had been a little slower—but we should have mentioned that ourselves.

We had an incredible experience at Alliance! The service was excellent and the food was somehow even better. We were celebrating my birthday, and the staff truly made it feel special from the moment we arrived. My fiancé has a severe allergy, and the team went above and beyond to take special precautions — they adjusted the menu seamlessly without sacrificing any flavors or presentation. It’s rare to find a restaurant that handles allergies with such care and confidence. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit quickly toward the end because my fiancé may have been exposed to something in the air, but even with the abrupt exit, we were blown away by the entire experience. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Paris — highly recommend!

Made a reservation for 1 on Monday October 6 and had the most amazing experience. Shawn leads a wonderful team who are attentive and provide a welcoming environment. Definitely recommend booking in advance. I had an allergy and the team was so accommodating. I ordered the 5 course tasting menu, but of course there were so many additional dishes, it was incredible. I left feeling incredibly full and enjoyed my experience with Alliance. Highly recommend!

The service was warm, fun and highly attentive. The food was classic French haute cuisine and each dish was a little journey of flavour with several standout dishes. The endless bread and butter and plentiful wine made sure I was completely satiated. Overall. it had all the ingredients of a memorable evening!

The food was good with several dishes par excellence (scallops, a mini scallop croque monsieur, a mulled wine sorbet, and a poached pear with Calvados ice cream) - but this is an experience in fine dining where the goal is not to go seeking any particular dish or flavors but rather to be open to eating whatever it is that the restaurant wishes to serve you. We sat immediately adjacent to the view-in kitchen and watched the team operate efficiently and flawlessly throughout the evening. The opportunity to meet and be served by both of the owners was special and added to the experience. We are so happy to have shared this experience in celebration of twenty years of marriage and would enthusiastically recommend Alliance to anyone wishing to experience truly fine dining!

Food was extraordinary! Everything my wife and I ate was inventive, expertly prepared, and utterly delicious. We were with a couple that had a pasta with truffles that was offered at the beginning of the three service lunch meal. We all thought it was part of the meal, but it was an additional 50 euros per person. When we got the bill, we explained our confusion. The restaurant took the charge off the bill and actually apologized to us for the misunderstanding! What service! This may have been the best meal I have ever eaten in Paris, (which is saying a great deal, too). Thank you Alliance.

Generally good dishes but nothing stood out. Everything well cooked but Quail was too undercooked for my tastes. Half of it felt raw, I could just buy a raw bird from butcher. Service and atmosphere was good but disappointed overall.

Honestly the best service and the best food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many 3 star Michelin restaurants. The chef and his partner at the front of house are so totally in sync and have such an inviting attitude about the amazing/innovative food. This is an absolute MUST for any serious foodie visiting Paris. Also they’re awesome with vegetarians.

Wow wow wow, what a fabulous place. This was my third visit, and each time the food has been elegant and intriguing, the service light hearted yet perfect, and the setting soothing, almost zen-like. I could not recommend the restaurant more strongly. It is worth a special trip to seek out.

Exquisite! Delicious , creative, beautiful food, each amuse bouche/course like a gift! Was there for lunch, got the 3 course $95 with wine pairing at additional 45? Many extra little corses, service attentive and engageing. Delightful!
