The staff who served us from entering the restaurant to leaving were excellent

This was our third visit and while the service was excellent, as always, the food was a bit disappointing. My pasta was undercooked, it wasn't al dente, it was barely cooked. The calamari was gummy and we only ate a few bites.

We came to Allora with high hopes based on the reviews and were looking forward to an excellent Italian dinner, but unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations. The service was very good, the bar was beautiful, and the ambiance was excellent, but the dishes themselves were underseasoned and the flavors felt mediocre at best. We left disappointed, and while we appreciate the effort and hospitality, this was not a meal we would return for. We do hope they improve the food, because the setting and service deserve better.

Food was really good. Service was terrible, took 15 minutes to just get menus and another 20 for drinks. The food was really nice but it was ruined by the extremely slow service. I think it was just our waitress as I saw other tables who arrived after us with different servers get their food before we were able to order..

The food was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was luxurious with a live saxophonist at dinner. Great choice for a special occasion.

Why do we need to view the menu on our phone? Covid has been over for several years now. If I go to a nice restaurant I want a menu. Also the waiter was never around and not very helpful or knowledgeable with the on line menu.

Everything was excellent - delicious food and drinks (we had ragu pappardelle and a steak with truffled gnocchi, and Alba cocktail). The service was great, same for the ambiance. Definitely a place to visit again!

From the moment I entered the hotel until I reached the restaurant, the staff was extremely attentive and polite. The restaurant was quite full, yet it maintained a delightful ambience for a Friday night. There was a DJ playing great music at just the right volume, which added to the atmosphere without being overwhelming. I truly enjoyed my meal and had a wonderful evening. The cherry on top was definitely the valet parking service, which made the entire experience even more convenient. I will definitely be back!

Great ambience went for my daughter's birthday. We were definitely catered too and the food was delish. Will definitely go bk again when we visit Lisbon in the future

Even though we were late for our reservation they greeted us with a smile and showed us to our table.Our Waiter was very attentive and spoke our language. The service was great and tasty. We will be back next time we are in l Lisboa.

It was an excellent experience.Food was very tasty and delicious.Service was great. As she had very sick they prepared a glass of herbal-tea for my wife.that was realy pleased us.

Had a lovely dinner at Allora. Food was good and staff were great. However they really need to get rid of the iPad/QR code menu. It’s ruins the experience when what should be an intimate dinner experience requires a significant amount of phone time, and again at dessert!

We were excited to return to this restaurant. We ordered the Buratta appetizer, and two entrees, all were very good. We also ordered a wine and a cocktail to start, and during dinner we each had a wine. When the bill came, they charged for 4 glasses of wine *. When the bill came we immediately told him we only had 3 glasses of wine. He argued with us at the table and said we had 4 (I certainly would have noticed if I had a martini and 2 glasses of wine). I told him that was not true, but he insisted, and it was emarrassing. He proceeded to tell us he put a 10 % service fee on the bill and said if I wanted to take it off, we could. We left feeling bullied and ripped off an extra 45+ euros . I do not recommend. *(wine was 5 eu each up charged from the original wine we pucked, but our bad bc we didnt catch it when he poured the original taste, but he should have told us it was a reserve, not the one ordered).

Nice place indeed with superb service, excellent ambience and DJ playing. Only wish there was a pizza on the menu too.

The appetizers and dinner were all very good. It was my husband’s birthday and they made him a very lovely cocktail and a beautiful dessert to celebrate. We had a “gluten free” person with us and they took care of his needs with out any problems. Gi was our server and she was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu.

Excellent wine and pasta in a beautiful setting. The service was friendly and prompt. Multiple staff worked as a team to make every stage of dining seamless. We recommend dining here regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel or elsewhere.

+2Booked last minute through the fork website and got a reservation for 7pm. Like always we like to arrive early but we did not know they only open at seven but the invited us to have a drink at the bar area. Seated outside and our server was Lorena who had great English and was very attentive professional and funny. Starters were large portions and so was the mains - we ordered too many sides. Had a desert to share and it was a birthday which we asked just for a candle in the desert but they came with a separate dish with a candle. Very impressive All food was lovely and fresh Finished the meal with a homemade limoncello from the restaurant was lovely. Finished with a drink or two at the bar area Stand out moment was of course the food. Our waitress Lorena and overall ambience (live DJ) decor and bar staff.
