9.5/10We decided on Allora after a long day travelling and sight seeing because it was closest to our hotel and in fact in our hotel. We started with cocktails in the bar which were delish before making our way to our table in the sleek dining room. Service was efficient and always accompanied with a smile as beautifully presented tasty dishes were served along with a couple of suggested wines by the glass. Desserts were enjoyed very much after just about the correct interlude and we made our way back up to our room feeling we had been out for a great night. Well done to all including me for choosing 😉

3.5/10The food was beyond mediocre, just bad. Pappardelle ragu was so heavy and tasteless. I haven’t eaten this bad Italian for a long time. Bad food, pretentious atmosphere, it’s a shame.

10/10My husband and I are visiting Lisbon from Canada and booked Allora restaurant for my birthday. We felt special from the time we entered the restaurant. They were celebrating also because they had just opened a terrace area to extend the eating area so we each received a complimentary drink. I also received a piece of cake with a candle in it to recognize my birthday.

7/10The service was truly wonderful. The food was fairly good: we had a caprese salad, and I ate a competent mezze maniche with guanciale. But the music was u comfortably loud and the acoustics were terrible. I solved some of this with my noise-cancelling earphones. But I am never going to this place again.

10/10Friendly & welcoming service. Good variety on menu to cater for most tastes. The saxophonist played at the right level to create a good atmosphere but not so loud that it prevented conversation. Staying in the hotel Sana Marques but Allora was filled with both hotel guests and locals which is a rare for hotel restaurants.

10/10wow... what an experience. I would give them 12 out of 10 if it was possible. the service and food was amazing from start to end and they even put on a special little extra as we were dining for our wedding anniversary. Just wonderful.

10/10EN- It has been at least a month since my visit and it is about time for this review. I have no words to express how amazed I was after visiting this restaurant. From the food to the service, they are top notch and will amaze you too! As someone who has been working in hospitality for the past 17 years in the USA and has been multiple places around the world, I know good service and the one provided here is beyond excellent. Shout out to my servers " Gi " and " Hannah " for being so passionate for hospitality and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, I was impressed. The floor manager Mr. Cabrita is also very gentle and accommodating, highly recommended, 10/10 PT-Já faz um mês que visitei o restaurante e ainda estou maravilhado com o nível de serviço e a qualidade do restaurante. Possuo mais de 17 anos de experiência em hotelaria e posso afirmar que o nível aqui está bem acima de muitos países. Um agradecimento especial à " Gi " e " Hannah " e ao gerente senhor Cabrita. -Elton
