10/10EN- It has been at least a month since my visit and it is about time for this review. I have no words to express how amazed I was after visiting this restaurant. From the food to the service, they are top notch and will amaze you too! As someone who has been working in hospitality for the past 17 years in the USA and has been multiple places around the world, I know good service and the one provided here is beyond excellent. Shout out to my servers " Gi " and " Hannah " for being so passionate for hospitality and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, I was impressed. The floor manager Mr. Cabrita is also very gentle and accommodating, highly recommended, 10/10 PT-Já faz um mês que visitei o restaurante e ainda estou maravilhado com o nível de serviço e a qualidade do restaurante. Possuo mais de 17 anos de experiência em hotelaria e posso afirmar que o nível aqui está bem acima de muitos países. 8.5/10Tables to close together, neighbors table only arms length away. Staff very nice and helpful. Food was good, just not knock your socks off great for the price, but being inside ahotel does raise the price

+1Allora offers a well-crafted selection of pasta dishes, showcasing a nice balance in the use of truffle. The kitchen’s flexibility in accommodating guests’ pasta preferences was a welcome touch. The panna cotta was a standout, delicate and flavorful. On the other hand, the chocolate cake with English cream felt overly rich and heavy, which contrasted sharply with the otherwise well-balanced meal. Unfortunately, the bread basket fell short of expectations. The focaccia lacked flavor and freshness, and the other breads offered little to redeem the experience. That said, the restaurant’s charming decor and attentive staff added to the overall positive ambiance. For those exploring Lisbon, Allora is a pleasant choice for quality pasta.

9.5/10Great service and super food - well worth it especially for an occasion like lunch on New Year’s Eve. Lots of family groups enjoying the lunch with a regular following. Slightly off piste but easy to get to and find parking.

10/10The restaurant's contemporary design and spacious disposition of tables are most agreeable. The welcome is gracious and the whole ambience pleasing. This was a special Christmas Eve menu and was cleverly planned and varied. We thought it very good value for money and the food was delicious and beautifully served by attentive waiters. All in all, an experience we would repeat in future. (Also appreciated was the friendly exchange of emails and telephone calls regarding changes to the original booking.)

10/10Often restaurants in hotels are bland and lack atmosphere. This was excellent - a really good “buzz” with DJ music, excellent service, quality of food & wine selection. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and definitely a go to destination next time we are in Lisbon!

10/10Outstanding Italian cuisine along with excellent service. Not low cost though at 150€ for our lunch, including a bottle of wine, water and tip. We had the tagliatelle Carbonara with tartufo and the tagliatelle with tiger shrimp, both were perfect and delicious!

9.5/10No complaints about the food, it was fantastic! when we arrived we were handed the food menu ( printed out on flimsy paper, which we thought was a bit below the standard). The waiter then came and asked if we were ready to order the food, before having ordered our drinks, so we had to ask for the wine list. Though after the the service was good.

10/10We enjoyed every moment at this fabulous restaurant. We were treated very well and as we observed the staff working the room, and it appeared that everyone in the restaurant was too. The food was superb, including the olive oil and vinegar on the table. I had shrimp stuffed tortellini and my husband had pasta with bolognese. Both very delicious and the tiramisu to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant not only for the food, but the experience of superior service in a gorgeous backdrop. Don’t miss it!
